    I have chronic lumbar pain. I'll be traveling to Bangkok and Isaan in March/April 2025. I'm seeking a good doctor/hospital for non-surgical treatments. Chiropractic and epidurals don't work for me, stretching, massage, exercise, and of course losing weight helps. What about stem-cell and/or platelet injections? Anyone with experience? Or even what places/persons to avoid? Thanks!
