I've been to most cities 3+ times. Some 10+. I know far more than any author. A book is the opinion of 1 person. I've read Thai books and I know far more than any of them. Most of them are rather shallow. Paddy Doyle went to every province but I know half the cities better than him. He can't even pronounce some of the names correctly. Some Thais never travel and can't read maps. That's why they can't give directions.

Most act gay cause less bigotry. Never heard of a 700 year old stadium. I guess he means temple. Exercise at 10.30pm sounds daft. Too hard to sleep after. Straights have sex with women at 10.30pm. Eating croissants and hanging out with sweaty men sounds gay.

Surveys say 10% mostly. Thailand has gays everywhere. Have you ever been to Thailand? Exercise after 8.30pm is daft. Lots of gays work 7/11 and driver apps. They are obviously gay, including lesbians. Most Thai gays are fairly open. You don't know much about Thailand.

CM seems like most Thai cities. 10 to 15% are gay everywhere. The Old City has a 1000 tourists and lots of cafes. Never seen gays hugging random people. In my wife's village shop there's a ladyboy behind the counter. In Khon Kaen I've been served by ladyboys. Thailand has lots of gays. Who is surprised by this?
