  1. There's no problem with getting my day job employer to agree, the question is can you add a non-boi job on a BOI work permit? And do you know by any chance if the non-boi company will still be required to have 4 Thai's for each foreigner in this case?

Hi, yes, but as a shareholder I am allowed to be in the office the question is am I allowed to work part time as long as it’s not a Thai only job, I do not meet customers and don’t handle cash The reason I don’t issue a work permit is because I already have one under a different company (my day job) and you can’t have 2 work permits at the same time I think I’ll just consult an immigration lawyer because I can’t find enough details online

  5. Hi everyone! I have a day job and I got a work permit under a BOI company. On top of that, I am also a shareholder in another company (tourism industry) at 24% The tourism company has an office but it’s not a walk-in, meaning customers don’t come to the office and we don’t handle cash If from time to time id like to work from that office, am I legally required to apply for a work permit under that company as well? as per my understanding, it is not possible to have 2 work permits at the same time, on top of that i am a shareholder in that company and not an employee, and lastly we dont handle cash or meet customers in person, everything is done online. What does the law say about that? I’m worried in case I work from that office and immigration visit, don’t want to have any trouble with them. Thanks in advance!
