  1. Except that's not my question, if I came here saying do I qualify for a business visa? then thank you but that's just not my question at all. I asked why most people choose Singapore to do their business visa and if there are embassies where it's easier than other. I didn't ask, how can I get a business visa? To my other question "Second question is regarding the evidence of qualification, is it mandatory? is a certificate enough?" then maybe you could say it depend of your job, some doesn't require much evidence if that's the answer you want to give. You don't need my address, my curriculum vitae and all my personal life to answer to the two questions I asked. I'm done with this website anyway, even on other topics it's polluted with the same guys not answering the real questions, can't find anything useful because of these few people constantly answering something else or making comments that have nothing to do with the original question. These people have no life and spend their entire day messing up topics. Ubonjoe was a blessing and helped so many people despite these few same guys polluting every subject, now that he is gone (RIP) this website has not much to give.
  2. If they had precious experiences I would not be there asking these questions. Seems pretty clear now that I won't get answer here either, at least not to my questions, I just wanted answer from people who had experience but the one answering, even if they mean well, have no clue. It's ok to just don't answer if you don't know, it's even better to don't answer when you don't know. If no answer at all, that's fine, just trying.
  3. You mean that depending of the type of company and job I would have other option than business visa? Is that relevant to the two questions I asked? I was thinking to open other topic for other questions.
  4. So I don't have other choices than business visa. Going back to my original questions, I think there is no point going off topic now. "My first question is, in the case I do it abroad, is there a country where it's easier to get it? I read that few people did it Singapore, any reason to go there? Second question is regarding the evidence of qualification, is it mandatory? is a certificate enough? not a degree or diploma. Does it have to be translated, certified by embassy and legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs?" If anyone has some answers to these questions it will be very appreciated. Again if it's possible to don't go on other topics it will be also appreciated.
  5. so this from the ministry of foreign affair, it means that will be the same requirement in every embassy. So there is no way around the 400k now even for single entry.
  6. https://vientiane.thaiembassy.org/en/page/non-o-visa-2?menu=63bcd84082cc9c34f4141df3 I don't see the 400k requirement here
  7. so there is no way to get Non O immigrant, single or multiple entry, without 400k? Then going back to my original questions: "My first question is, in the case I do it abroad, is there a country where it's easier to get it? I read that few people did it Singapore, any reason to go there? Second question is regarding the evidence of qualification, is it mandatory? is a certificate enough? not a degree or diploma. Does it have to be translated, certified by embassy and legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs?"
  8. Single entry without proof of funds? I thought only Savannakhet was providing this
  9. Not the answers to my questions but thank you for your comment, I was already aware of this but thanks again to mention it. As I said, I don't have yet the 400k. Another option would be Non O without proof of fund, I think they still deliver this in Savannaket but only for 3 months, single entry. To answer to your question, no it's not a teaching job.
  10. Hi, I'm currently on visa exempt extension, I have my Thai family in Thailand (Thai wife and half Thai children) and got a new job. I can't get non immigrant O because I don't have yet 400 000 bahts. There is two options to get the business visa, in Thailand at the immigration office, with a lot of document requirement from the employer and outside of Thailand, at the thai embassy, much less requirements. My first question is, in the case I do it abroad, is there a country where it's easier to get it? I read that few people did it Singapore, any reason to go there? Second question is regarding the evidence of qualification, is it mandatory? is a certificate enough? not a degree or diploma. Does it have to be translated, certified by embassy and legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs?
