Thank you, tjintx, Bill97, and connda, for your input! I received my passport today, 1.5 weeks after it was mailed by the U.S. Department of State. The prepaid THP envelope I purchased included a tracking number, which would have been easily trackable if Thailand Post Office had emailed it to me. For future applicants, it would be helpful if the Thailand post office provided the tracking number via email when purchasing prepaid delivery, rather than just a THP receipt. I sent my USA passport for renewal exactly as requested. I bought prepaid delivery from the Thailand office. They emailed me a 'THP2025...' number. Two weeks after sending my old passport for renewal, I received an email stating, 'The U.S. Department of State has mailed your passport book on 02/26/2025. We sent your passport book to you using prepaid delivery.' How do I track this prepaid delivery? I cannot use that THP number. I did not receive any tracking number by email. Thank you for your help and time!
