Hi home owners community! I'd like some help from any of you who have had home renovations done, preferably in northern Thailand and specifically Chiang Mai. There's a nice property I'm interested in renting, 98sqm on two floors. It needs quite a bit of renovation work - both in terms of infrastructure, and more cosmetic stuff. Could anyone offer some insight (rough and ballpark figures) into how much it would cost for each of the following: - Full electrical installation - Full repiping - Creating a couple wall openings for windows - New window installation - Reflooring - Repairing wood walls and floor - Wall painting, interior and exterior - Garden landscaping (getting rid of concrete, levelling up the soil, and making it ready for planting) - Installing new material onto existing laminate roof (eg. adding a layer of bamboo or similar) Thank you very much!
