    Hi thanks for your reply jack, i've already got a bank account last year. Still hoping to find out the possbility of been granted a WP with a partnership set up.

    Does anyone have experience with the most efficient way to apply for a work permit (WP)? I intend to marry my girlfriend and apply for an O visa while setting up a partnership together, hiring Thais, etc. Am I able to apply for a WP with an unregistered partnership? Wouldn’t that make me ineligible to open a bank account for the partnership?
