  1. Thank you for the answer. On the title deed (chanote) there is only my name on it. At the amphur, for the divorce, I still don't what the process gonna be, but I take note to get listed condo as my sole property in the division of assets section. I think I may ahv to do another post to ask what I should be careful about during the divorce paperwork at the amphur. ^^
  2. Hello all! I'm new here, so I hope I post in the right place. I currently in the process of getting a yellow tabien baan from a condo I own. For now I have only the blue tabien baan with the name of my wife and stepdaughter on it. We are getting a divorce soon, and I was wondering if I risk anything leaving the name of my soon to be ex-wife on it. For context : I will keep the blue tabien baan with me, and only send her a copy when she needs it. We keep a relative good relationship, no drama or crazy things going, we still help each other for a few things, no money problem whatsoever also, the separation is as clean as break up can be. But I just wondering if something could go wrong having my ex-wife name in my tabien baan as the headmaster. I was thinking to be headmaster myself, but unless I misunderstood the officer at the discrict office that not possible. What's your thoughts? Something to be aware/careful?
