Well, a Non O is probably out because I don't have a Thai bank account. I always do have an onward ticket when entering Philippines or Thailand. I don't have any firm plans on how long I'd stay, If I stayed for 60 days that would put me at about 186 days for the year. Anything over 180 days and I am considered a Thai resident for tax purposes?

I am a 68 yr old single male, USA citizen. I entered Thailand on a 60 day visa exempt on Oct. 1, 2024. I stayed for 7 weeks til late November, then flew to the Philippines. I stayed there for 7 weeks and then returned to Thailand on Jan. 15, 2025 on a 60 day visa exempt. I then extended another 30 days to about April 15 making it a 90 day stay. I then did a border run by land to Cambodia with an agency and entered again on the same day on a 60 day visa exempt. I then flew back to the USA on May 21. So it was about a 126 day stay. I would like to enter Thailand again in late September on another 60 day visa exempt. I will have by that time been out of Thailand for about 4 months. Will I get denied entry to Thailand because of multiple 60 day visa exempt entries?
