  1. I have a 8 year old Mazda 2 and the engine light came on the dashboard and I lost some acceleration. I took it to the Mazda centre in Bangkok and they said it would be 58,000 baht to repair. New Solenoid or something, crankshaft motor, valve gasket ring oil change etc. This seems ridiculous for a car that is make worth 200k. Can anyone advise what to do? The mechanic said maybe if I change the oil and gasket, the computer will stop saying that the crankshaft motor or something will need to be replaced. Confused. No visible leak on engine top. Is there a cheaper option?
  2. I could find many similar things in your holy book. Deuteronomy 7:1–2 (NIV) 1 When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations—the Hittites, Girga<deleted>es, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you— 2 and when the Lord your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy.
  3. So false posts like Yagodas, which I was calling out should not be replied to?
  4. It is probably thanks to the idiots flattening and bombing Palestine.
  5. Nothing to do with politics, all religions should be respected. You don’t like Islam, based a few extremists, fair enough, but don’t spread your hate and bigoted views here.
  6. False. Islam and democracy are not mutually exclusive - have you ever been to Indonesia? False. Islam does not mandate male superiority as a spiritual or human worth - the Qur’an stresses the spiritual equality of men and women and assigns rights and responsibilities that have been interpreted in many different ways across time and cultures. Many Muslim women lead nations, businesses, and institutions. False and misleading. “Jihad” means struggle, often a personal, moral struggle, and classical Islamic law places strict limits and clear contexts on the use of force. Extremists who claim a religious duty to attack civilians are distorting texts and ignoring the Quran, “there is no compulsion in religion.”
  7. Telling Palestinians to “Move to the UK” is Racist and dehumanising. This is the kind of logic used throughout history to justify ethnic cleansing: “If you don’t like your oppression, leave.” Palestinians are not outsiders in their homeland, they are the indigenous population of Palestine, living under foreign military rule or in exile due to it. Suggesting they just pack up and “go to the UK” shows you have the same colonial mindset that caused this crisis in the first place.
  8. I never said that, I’d be ok if you said that to me in a pub, and I’d walk away from you. It’s against forum rules, I believe.
  9. I understand why you are embarrassed to answer my question.
  10. I agree, Enoch was a good man. He’s probably thinking of Sir Oswald Mosley.
  11. No, hate speech is not allowed. Antisemitism and Islamophobia are not allowed. The overwhelming majority of Muslims in Israel, the Middle East, and globally condemn violence and seek peaceful, dignified lives like anyone else. If you think you're “standing with Israel” by spouting Islamophobic garbage, you're not helping. You're making it worse for everyone, including British Jews.
  12. So you are opposed to a 2 state solution and support Netanyahu, wow.
  13. Replace the word “Muslims” with “Jews” or “Christians” or any other group, and you'd immediately recognize it as pure hate speech and bigotry. You're attributing violence and murder to an entire religion of over 1.9 billion people worldwide, based on the actions of a few.
  14. Whatever, these types of hateful posts against Islam should be outlawed on social media.
  15. Do you really value Netanyahu’s opinion? In the 1990s, Yitzhak Rabin came close to finalizing a peace agreement with the Palestinians, a deal that could have created a Palestinnian state. Netanyahu opposed these efforts, making public statements that rejected the two-state framework. By rejecting a negotiated settlement that was within reach, Netanyahu helped prolong the conflict and the conditions under which violence becomes conceivable. This synagogue attack is entirely unjustifiable, but it did not exist in a vacuum. It is partly the consequence of decades of stalled negotiations and policies that denied the Palestinians a legitimate path to statehood. Netanyahu’s own rhetoric- “Weakness in the face of terrorism only brings more terrorism. Only strength and unity can defeat it”- shows the response solely as military and security action, ignoring the political roots of the conflict that created the conditions for radicalization.
  16. Judging a religion of over a billion people on the actions of one looney extremist is not only foolish but racist.
  17. Yes, there was internal fighting between Palestinians. You ignore what I said about illegal settlements. The 1995 assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by an Extremist Jew allowed Netanyahu to come to power and he was openly hostile to Oslo. Netanyahu delayed and obstructed agreed-upon withdrawals, such as the Hebron Protocol and the Wye River Memorandum. He referred to Oslo as "a disaster" and boasted about sabotaging the Accords in a leaked video from 2001. One of the most blatant Israeli violations of Oslo was the continued construction of illegal settlementsin the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Between 1993 (Oslo) and 2000 (Camp David), the number of settlers in the West Bank doubled which violated the principle of final status negotiations and sent a clear message that Israel was flexing its control, not preparing to withdraw- blatant violation of Oslo. Under Oslo, Israel was supposed to facilitate Palestinian development and transfer authority, not create conditions(collective punishment, blockade, restrictive movement)that made Palestinian governance nearly impossible. Israel agreed to withdraw from the West Bank, NOT steal 60% of it, including the most fertile land! But you blame the Palestinians 555.
  18. You said Gazan Palestinians, that newspaper includes Palestinians outside Gaza. I was right that you had to be Israeli to write what you did.
  19. Are you kidding? Many human rights organisations ( Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch etc) and even the UN have documented repeated Israeli violations of agreements and international law -such as continuing settlement expansion in the West Bank despite the Oslo Accords, or violating ceasefire terms through targeted assassinations and military incursions, most recently firing missiles at the ceasefire negotiators in Qatar! Netanyahu and cabinet publicly say the don’t want a ceasefire. In 2014, the Gaza ceasefire saw Israeli strikes continue before the agreed time, and similar incidents occurred in earlier truces. Israel also killed hundreds of civilians right before the ceasefire earlier this year. The Oslo peace process was never fully realised because Israel continued building settlements on Palestinian land, something explicitley against the text of agreements. The International Court of Justice (2004) ruled that Israel’s West Bank separation wall and settlement activity were violations of international law.
