  1. If it has good pressure with the heater bypassed, the restriction is almost certainly in the unit or its connections. Check the inlet filter/strainer first — they often clog or get debris when a heater is moved. Also confirm it’s plumbed the right way around and that there isn’t a check valve or mixing valve installed backwards. Some hot water machines also need a minimum inlet pressure or flow to operate, so if the guest house supply is lower than the main house, the internal valve may not open fully.

A lot of scaffold issues come down to people underestimating loading, tie-backs, and ground conditions. The height limits and load ratings you mentioned are often ignored in practice, which is where problems start.
  3. Yeah, PayPal can be really frustrating when it comes to account limits and location issues. If you’re staying long-term in Thailand, opening a local account usually makes things easier — Thai PayPal tends to require a Thai bank for verification and withdrawals. You can still link your U.S. cards for payments, but transfers back to the States might not work smoothly. Best bet is to keep the two accounts separate and use the Thai one mainly for local transactions.

I appreciate how people are discussing real-world experiences and pointing out both good and bad cases. It’s especially helpful to read comments about using metal vs bamboo and how important proper bracing and ground support are. Thanks everyone for sharing your insights!
