I bought the will template online .It has the Thai explanation and questions to be filled and then the English explanation /questions directly below. I started filling out the information in English BUT how the heck is my Thai friend going to do the Thai part my macbook is in English .So do we make 2 copies one in English and on handwritten in Thai I sign both?????? Thanks. Lawyer wanted 10000 THB to do it.

Questions 1-do all wills have to go to probate and if so what court handles it? How long does it take? 2- Can the beneficiary be the executor? 3- Is there a way to add GF to bank account so she would receive the assets immediately upon my death but she doesn't have access to it while I'm alive? I would like to have a Thai will that leaves my Bangkok Bank Account ,my truck and the Thai house to Thai GF . I asked her to take care of it and she starts quoting her friends saying the bank will take the money-now I have a freaking headache. I'm going to attempt to take care of the matter. There is a Thai company that will sell you the template for 24 USD . I'm sure plenty of folks have had experience with this matter and no I will NOT make her a joint owner on the bank account. What is the best way to go about getting a legal Thai will? Thanks !
