    So I’m staring down a possible court‑martial and honestly my stress level is through the roof. The appointed JAG seems solid, but a couple buddies keep telling me to look into a civilian military defense lawyer too. Problem is, I’ve got zero clue if it’s actually worth the cash or just hype. I’m not made of money, but I also don’t wanna gamble with my future. Has anyone here gone the civilian‑lawyer route? Was it a game‑changer or just… meh?
