  1. As mentioned in an earlier post which was transferred to here from General Chat but not showing, my user-name was himmel.
  2. Where was this information posted on the forum prior to the upgrade, I certainly didn't see anything and I use the forum every day, apologies if I missed it, because it would of saved all the hassle I've gone through since the up-grade, ie, verifying e-mail every day, e-mailing Contact Us every day, because I didn't know that this Forum Support was right at the bottom of the forum, reregistering with a new account after having account for 15 years.
  3. Done that, the message comes up this e-mail address or user name is not recognized
  4. Ever since the update I have had trouble signing-in, I've had my original Acc for over15 years, under user-name "himmel" now when I clicked on it after the up-date a message said I need to put an @ after himmel this also does not work, So I created another Acc using my e-mail address and a new user name "Skinman". now this worked until I was automatically signed out, then it was back to square one, Contact Us, and basically writing what I've written here every day, then its confirm e-main address we will send you an message, at 81 years old don't need this every day. Nobody every answers , after I've confirmed my e=mail address I'm automatically signed=in.
