    Hello- My friend just passed away suddenly. He owned two condominiums in Phuket, but lived in the USA. His children are trying to find ownership documents, but his new wife is not helping, claiming that the property is hers now. Can anyone help me with how toget started trying to sort this mess out, please? Thai lawyers? Embassy? I don't know where to start, but am trying to help my friend's kids. Thank you in advance for any info.
