Dont have an ID card from my home country unfortunetly or driver license, but i do have a thai driver license though, if that makes any difference but my old passport number is on it might need to renew it if so. It will be Chonburi immigration and some kasikorn branch there i guess would be more convenient. But i wonder what even is the logic why they would need it anything else from my home country though. Would be silly if i got denied based on that.. Is the ID requirement mostly about Kasikorn Bank?

I recently got approved marriage non-o 90 day. From laos took less than 48 hours after payment which was suprising. But is it straight forward with this type of visa to open a bank when in thailand? The thing i wonder if different branches have different requirements and say different things.. Which i have heard people say, but i really hope not i would need to jump between banks.. Any recent information about this? I want to open kasikorn bank.

When i arrive laos i plan to book a refundable flight ticket for (2 weeks to be sure) cause upon application i see that u need to write a flight number to proceed. Refunding i mean i will book a second one if i receive the visa early cause i rather not stay so long in laos. And refund the first one i wrote on the application, is this generally fine to do this? Will it later say the flight number when u receive the visa? Does any airlines accept full refunds? Not sure but was just a thought i had. Cause i rather not spend so long in laos i have all my stuff in Thailand. Or any other plan let me know :) thanks

Yes im eligible for visa exempt for vietnam, thanks for the information. Do u know if there's any pros or cons using e-visa application choosing countrys like - laos/vietnam/Myanmar embassy, besides u can pay online in vietnam? Like which usually faster processing time for non-o, more strict rules etc. Or are they all mostly same?

Im planning to go to laos or vietnam to apply for non-o marriage visa 90 days, to open a thai bank account to then apply for 1 year extension. I have 400k in a foreign bank, when applying from abroad it says provide statements past 3 months, Does the 400k needs to be stable for 3 months straight before u can apply? Its been sitting like 385k last 2.5 months, topped up to 400k about few days ago. Would this be any issue? Im leaving 6 march to apply for this visa. I have been reading different information about this.. Thanks :)
