The bitch at the immigration didnt want to hear anything about it.

She told me that I need to have respect for Thailand. Was thinking if I could tell her the same, but didnt.

I apologised and showed her why I couldn t make it. She didnt give a shit about the reason only about her ego. She said it as loud as possible so that everybody coukd hear it; I can stamp you out but you cannot get back because you 1 day too late. I walked out, went back and lost money for nothing as usual here.

My Dutch friend once came to Thailand. After walking back to his hotel some Thais were kicking a dog. He told these people to back off and leave the dog alone. He was beaten in a similar attack and landed for the rest of his Thailand holiday in the hospital and in bed to recover.

About corruption it is still all there. Just cleared overstay before the deadline. I went yesterday to Chaeng Wattana.

After outside, not inside, telling him, I had an overstay, the only way to clear is on the airport now.

The immigration guybin Chaemg Wattana gave me a number from a nice other immigration fellow, who came to help me clearing the process.

After paying 20,000 baht and 2,000 baht for the assistance, I was free to depart.

As O speak quite good Thai, he awarded 3 people, who assisted on the process each with a good quality cup of coffee.

No questions asked, no headaches and free to go.

I think is difficult. Travel operators are required to be Thai businesses and have a TAT license. In order to get this, correct me if I am wrong on the number, but you need 1 Thai director and a min. Guarantee. So to summarize you might not be eglible.

Airlines must fly loaded to be profitable as margins are low. If booking numbers decline, Bangkok Airways flies a smaller plane to reduce losses. Every company must operate profitable. Bangkok Airways is still a private company. Don't forget that and they have lower operating budgets than giant government airlines. That they get you on a Thai Airways competitor plane 1 hour later plus a 2,000 baht compensation is something that probably no airline will do.

See it as your earning for one hour which is not bad comparing to Thai teachers who might make 300 baht an hour.

i was in a similar situation before. worked hard, have salary, but actually never had it. Money disappeared in a couple of days for all kind of reasons. I stayed because I did love her and my son too. The problems and with that stress and negativism came in with our son in the middle of all the fights. I took my bag and actually walked out, leaving her behind and returned back home for a while.

I only paid monthly an amount for my son, but he didn't get it and paid for his school fees. The rest of daily care I left with her.

Truth is, the box of anger exploded, I changed my phone number, moved to another apartment and started a new life. Then she started stalking my new partner, until she was sick of listening to her dramas and told her the truth that she had to put her act together and started living today instead of always digging up the past. (in polite Thai). This did wonders. Respect for an older Thai (9 years older) by a younger Thai plus losing big face.

After that polite talk, she has never talked/ called again. My son and me? We didn't see each other for some time. It wasn't possible and honestly it broke my heart. After some time, when the situation was more peaceful, I always found a way to reach out to him, by phone or a quick visit to his school during break time. In the little time we had, I always told him that I am here in Thailand for him when he needs me and that he always can call me.

After a few years, he started calling me. We see each other weekly now.

It might be fearful to leave, but if you cant work it out together, it might be the best step. She might threaten you and what so ever, but as long as you keep contact with your son, through telephone, he will never forget his father and is always coming back to you. Maybe not in the short run, but as time passes by.

Has anyone of you sometimes or regularly accute stomach pains moving to the left, to the back after eating Thai food?

Besides immense pain, it makes you feel scratchy. Not able to sleep during the night?

I just discovered that I possibly get it after eating these dark brown soup noodles. I had it now 2 times in one week. Is it the soup or noodles itself.

Went 2 times to doctors and get everytime different medicines.

In the second visit i brought the medicines from the first doctor.

The second doctor told me not too use them anymore and had to stop that anti biotica/medicines.

After eating eno twice the whole pain is gone while i sit with packs and bags full of medicines.

I am curious to know if anyone has similar experiences. What did you do to get through this accute pain? How did you prevent this to happen again (specific diet or something else)

I am in a similar recognizable relationship for about 2 years. Same story counts, except for the lying. Maybe I didn't find out the truth yet. She is warm, loving, caring, bed is a nightmare, so I told her that if she doesn't take care about Charlie than she must accept the consequences.
