Ich bin im Januar Betrugsopfer von Lars Scheffczik geworden. Er schuldet mir jetzt 6.500,- € Im Nachhinein habe ich erfahren das ich nicht der einzige bin. Aber leider zu spät. Hätte ich mich mal eher drum kümmern sollen. Lars saß zur Zeit in Phuket, Thailand und hatt mit Angeboten Wie Canon Objektiven gelockt. Habe aber erst super Ware von Ihm bekommen PS3 usw. Es gibt mehrer Foren die über Ihn disskutieren. Ich benötige Vorschläge wie ich Ihm das Handwerk legen kann! Und natürlich wie ich meine Kohle wieder bekomme!

why you do not make it possible again to get a re-entry permit at SUVI airport ?

that would be an improvement in stead of going somewhere far far away ....

that is my suggestion for improvment which would make a lot of sense, as it is true the airport that you leave the country

and you have to begg and pay to re-enter, even you paid already your dues at immigration for 'staying' and spending all your money here

Is this the man who proposed and implemented the 150 baht atm fee on foreign cards? Suggest that domestic airlines increase fares? Visa Extention based on support of a =my Thai child

Part 1 - 2008

Last year imigration refused the 365 days extention based on my thai child. I was in BKK, they want to give me the extention but cannot, because I live in Pattaya. In Pattaya imigration make clear: no extention based on your child. We NOT accept the birth certificate ! you have to go to a Thai court and prouve, u are papa !!! As I was 50, I made a retirement extention and had to show 800.000 Baht. (bank letter, 60 days )

Part2 - 2008

I went to the court ( had to pay a Thai lawyer 20.000 Baht ) and the court told me: YES – u are the papa ! ) The district office had to give me a Certificte of child.

Part3 – 2009

I go to immigration again. The new ? lady tell me, yes, she accept the certificate of child, but I still have to show 400.000 Baht and please 90 days back.

( I should go home make pictures from my house ( I do not have a house ) and my familiy and make some more copies and a plan from where I live. O.K. easy, but ...

German father of child born in Thailand (with Thai wife). Child has German passport and Thai birth certificate, no Thai passport. Want to leave with child for holiday in Bali without the wife. I have 1 year married Visa. Can I leave with the child (which does not have any entry stamp in German passport because he was born here) or is other paperwork needed? Having a Thai Farang Baby - How do you know it's yours ?...do you check by means of a DNA test ?

I know this could be a shocking thread but my question (and answer) is justified and legitimate!

Too many parents, most of the time the men within the relationship, are not aware that the baby is NOT theirs but also: most of the time the mothers DO know....this does not only happen abroad in the West but also in Thailand.

1. In another thread where the husband was murdered (in Pattaya in 2003) it was found out that the woman he married, and who had already a baby (which he adopted) had a 3rd baby (after they both had their own; her 2nd baby).

She told her husband that it was his baby although she knew it was from her Thai lover/boyfriend, later convicted murderer and sentenced to death.*

2. In another case, it is known by me and friends that an older -mid fifties- Farang married a 30 years younger Thai girl who already had a child. He takes good care of this child and considers her to be his own child (he was childless during his earlier lifetime and never married as well).

They got a baby.....but not his. He was absent, due to his work, for longer periods...

Last June a woman in The Hague/Holland confessed to her husband, who was present during the delivery of a baby, that she made a mistake by sleeping with a black man 9 months prior, only once she said...the baby was dark. He left in complete shock.

Many years ago a woman in a city nearby where I live, delivered twins; her husband was present also. The problem was that the twins were Chinese looking. She worked in a Chinese restaurant.....

You show up at a shopping mall past 11:00 am on a weekday and there is no parking. To go from one BTS to another on Sukhumwit road can take 45 minutes at any given time. Such as, "Hey is 10:00 PM Tuesday" and it takes you 35 minutes to get from Phrom Phong BTS to Thong Lo BTS... Trying to find a parking on the street? Good luck. You wanted to eat at some restauarant on Soi X, there is no parking so now you must go find parking on another Soi and walk. Your car will end up dirty as hel_l even parked inside a covered garage. Driving is a chaotic nightmare with uneducated motorcyclists, bus drivers, and taxi drivers who have no personal regard for their own lives. There is no getting away from having a car as a symbol of social status if you are invovled with someone from the middle/upper echelon of society, but I will tell you that, while it seems like a good idea, it totally sucks and will likely just leave you depressed. I wish the Thai government would wake up and make it much more expensive for these people to drive 5-15 year old cars in Central Bangkok like they do in Sinagpore. In Pattaya is now impossible to drive. Nearly all time everything is full full full very full. The Thai people I know do have one or two cars and several motorbikes.
