every human hates the idea of 'trying to get a refund'. Let's get real about this. The last time i got a hotel room in Thailand it was pay upon arrival or even pay upon leaving. that should be the way. paying in advance is old school. maybe a small deposit...ok. in any case, if the person is delayed by a gov process, then the gov should get the refund for the tourist. I buy from Lazada. i always pay upon receipt. i no longer track what i have ordered. if i get it i pay. keep it simple

the rich guys i know will ask affordable health care/insurance. next they will want to buy a house/condo in their name. do not let them know the police may arrest them for playing bridge, darts, or even poker in their private home with friends. they do not break the law. They expect to enjoy activities they are free to do anyplace in the world.

i think it is ok. I do not think i would charge kids but it is sure easier to count heads...really. Hate to ask for ID and age. The problem that they need to address is who, what , where, when the business get the money. I lived in Russia for 6 months. They did a similar thing. Distribution was problematic. The money went thru the political web and almost no one got the money (I mean not the right people got the money). actually, it was so 'difficult' that Putin personally got involved, selected distribution personnel (not political people or organizations), and made sure the people got the money. They DID!!!! A complete success as far as it was reported and Russian journalist are not easy pushovers.

how do you rape someone in a massage place. there are many people around. one bark and your busted. this should be easy to defend. if she was beside herself giving a massage in a place of of business that seems to be a little irresponsible. i have been married for 30 years and i sure cannot keep my wife quiet for very long.

in the USA, up to 80,000 die each year from the flu. maybe down to 60,000. i think the main thing about the flu is it dies out in the summer. Also, the world does not seem to care about all these deaths. USA provides vaccines good for the year but not enough get the shots. even if they did, the flu seems to come back each year. CDC in USA seems they like huge funds from the gov but does not do much is my opinion. Covid is not going to stop unless people stop from getting it. each person is responsible to prevent themselves from getting the virus. A person who gets it, in some cases, (not all) has failed society...again, in some cases. they have kept it going. nothing will stop it. not even the summer months. We have to stop it or the deaths will continue.

I would think your ok but...the vaccine is not 100%. 90% is great and will stop the virus for a society but your still need to be careful until a higher % are vaccinated.

give them the right to buy a house in their name.

what rich person would come to thailand if he cannot buy a house in his name or his company name. they are not going to mess around with finding a thai lady. they will not come!!! by the way, some homes might become more expensive but builders cannot sell to only foreigners. they have to price the house for thais also.

I have rich friends in USA. They are looking at other countries for 1 reason.....no way will they come to Thailand unless they can buy a house in their name. It seems like the Chinese have a trick and are able to do it. so....let foreigners buy houses and you will get a flood of people. otherwise...expect very few. this is the modern world where rich people understand 2 times 2 = 10 in the base 4. the rich are smart people. they do not drink cool-aid and bananas are for eating.

i have no idea what wide spread laws exist in USA to prevent foreigners from buying. i wish i could put the house i live in (it is in my 11 year old daughter's name) into my name. being in my daughters name was a huge mistake.

the vaccine is a great break through. I wish we had a great break through on treatment for those infected.
