The best software I have come across is XtoDVD converter and. This software will convert just about anything to a DVD and will burn automatically to a 4.7 GB disc or even a 8.5 GB disc depending on what you choose..

I have raisedthis subject on other forums but had not feedback, so realising that Pattaya has a huge motorcycle population for rent/hire etc I thought I would try here.
I need a second hand Phantom quite urgently, can anyone tell me if they know of a second hand outlet in Pattaya and possibly tell mewhat prices we are talking about.

Para 7.18 of National Police Order 606/2006 is the law (she must be age 50 or over):1. Application Form
2. Copy of the passport of the
applicant
3. Copy of the proof of relationship
such as marriage evidences, birth
certificate, certificate of child
adoption registration, copy of census
registration, certificate of adopted
child adoption registration, or other
papers issued by the related official
organization or government
agencies.
4. Copy of the certificate of permanent
residence and copy of the ID Card of
the foreigner who has the permanent
residence in Thailand.
Thanks for the info. copy of ID card? does that mean the Red book(which I got from the police station) or Passport? Is work permit of the PR holder required and income tax papers?

Hi,
I'm a PR holder without a Work Permit. My Mother has just come to live with me and she got a Non Imm O Visa from India a month ago as I had sent her all my documents including my PR and Work Permit copies(which I had at the time) and I'd like to apply for a 1 Year Visa at the Immigration for her. My Question is that is it possible to do so, as I do not have a Work Permit anymore? If yes, what are the documents required? Any Bank statements required?
Thanks

Anyone knows if a PR holder could get a work permit in a basic local Thai company that is not Ltd Partnership or Company Ltd or registered on 2 Mil asset basis and does not have to pay Vat? just Curious!

I would just like to know how to delete some of my old adverts I had posted in the classified section. Help would be appreciated.

Gang:
Looks like I just got my letter approving my residency. Now it's time to pony up the cash. Re-reading Camerata's guide I came across a requirement that I didn't understand. To finally finish this process, do I have to have my name added to a tabien ban? What if I am only renting? I didn't think it was normal for a landlord to put a renter on a tabien ban and I'm worried my landlord won't do it.
Thanks.

Hi, Do you mean that your application is already signed by the minister of the Interior and they want you to come and collect the PR book or is it just a letter from the Immigration stating that you have passed the permission from the Imm Bureau and still awaiting for the final approval from the Minister?

Thanks a lot.. Can you please let me know what Non -IMM O stands for? I know that Non-Imm B is for working or for business. How many kinds of Non- IMM visas are there?

If any body could please advice me about the procedures of application for a 1 year visa of a 58 year old Parent of Indian origin, it would be appreciated! The Parent does not have a Job nor a Pention. Is it possible to convert a Tourist Visa or should the Parent aquire for a Non- IMM visa from the Thai Consulate in India and then come to Th? Also if 800 K is required in the bank 3 months in advance, does this account need to be savings or fixed and should it be in foreign currency or in real money? Also is there a way to apply the Visa on the basis that a Thai PR i.e me would be supporting my parent? what are the documents required?
They should come into Thailand with Non-O obtained at the Embassy/Consulate in India. They will take with them a copy of the birth certificate of you and a copy of your permanent residence.
No money ( 800K) or support of any kind is required.
1. Application Form
2. Copy of the passport of the applicant
3. Copy of the proof of relationship such as marriage evidences between your parents, birth certificate. This will be certified at the Embassy of India in BKK, translated and then certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
4. Copy of the certificate of permanent residence and copy of the ID Card of the foreigner who has the permanent residence in Thailand.

Any other option?
What if I aquire a relationship letter from the Indian Embassy here as my parent is here now in TH as a Tourist, and then get it attested from them and then from the Foreign ministry and give it to my Parent along with the copy of my PR? Can she get a Non-o visa from the Royal Thai Embassy in India, if she applies after 6 months to come back to TH? and can it be changed into a 1 year visa in TH without showing 800 k? Will I have to get a Relationship letter from the Embassy every year I apply for a 1 year visa for my Parent?
