I don’t suspect this has happened to anyone before, I lost my passport somewhere between leaving the embassy and getting to our hotel (yesterday 25th sept) I get everything back from the government complex in 2 days. We intend to marry in Udon Thani start of October, my main question is does the amphur need to see my original passport, besides the certified copy? I realise I can’t get a flight there, we’ll have to get a train.

I was expecting around a 7 week turnaround, the GF submitted biometrics on the 21st September at VFS in Bkk, her passport was delivered back to her house on the 5th of October so 14 days. All we paid was the “silver premium package” for 760baht and that’s it. Its not her first one though.
