went to do 90 day and extension of visa on Monday, always take wife in case, I do not speak thai ,wife always does 90day while I start extension she had to call me out as the lady said to her that from the 1st 90day must be done in person (so we can see your face matchs the passport) her words, do not know about posting as have never done this, plus had to fill in new form, but I never put photo on it , and the lady just took it from rest of forms and left it on one side, were it stayed and was never clipped to the rest, hope this helps.

All works ok for me , but they want the flight number as well, never had to use it before and would not know what it was after all these years.

I have waited for someone to put this on thaivisa, the last two people have not under stood

his point on the bank book, if you have a saving account you can not up date your book as this

can only be done on there comps, and if there is no transaction is can not be done it will just say

it is up to date, I have allways got by this by getting my manager to give me a letter stating why

it cannot be done, but I have never thought that do not know this, but have had trouble in the past

when one said that if the book did not have the same date they would not give me a visa but every one

else has never said anythink about this and one said to me they understand why the date was not the same

Hi, I have just got round to getting my yellow book, on the passport I had to get a foto copy

of the passport, take it to the British Embassy and pay them to certify that it was a true copy,

then get the passport translated to thai, and then have all of it certified by the M F A .

You just never know what they want in your area untill you ask I did and got different answers

every time, but when I got there the worst thing was sitting with a typest and having my entire

life history with my wife put on paper, from the time we got married to the day we went to get the

book, she wanted to know all the places we had lived, if we had kids all there names an entire life

history, but I cannot remember reading anyone else having to do this, but I know other people doing this at my place

as I was shown them, but TiT.

and my bank has allways sent ever thing by post including cards and monthly things

for me and my wife and it allways gets here and on time.
