Hi, I am living on west coast of Samui. Looking for a service that can come and clean mould etc off my home concrete boundary walls. The mould is quite bad and its been there for years. Once that is done (properly) I can re seal the walls and then pain them. Thx.

Recently moved back to Samui from Bangkok. Need to get a Samui residents certificate to renew my Thai drivers license. For documentation to present to Samui Immigration , I assume PP (Visa stamp etc) pages copied and signed rental agreement (showing address) may be enough ? Any thing else ?

Looking for Termite Control recommendations. (I just got a quote for yearly spraying (once every 3 months) for house and gardens for 12.5 K Bht.)

How long from retirement extension submission to when you can return to pickup the stamped passport ?

I eventually got the kids passports done at Cheangwattana Dept of Consular Affairs Office. Very efficient. Both parents needed to be present (or you would have needed some form of stat dec letter from spouse.) Just needed to provide : My passport Kids Thai IDs Mothers ID No photos required as they are done for you with all the other associated biometric data. Cost 1k Bht /passport We got there at 9.45 out but 10.30. I picked up the Thai passports from same place the next day after 15.30. That took a whole 15 minutes.

I need to do the Non O extension based on Retirement at Samui Immigration. I was told that part of the document requirement is a medical certificate. Can I still go to my usual doctor for this certificate (quite basic) or do I need to go to a hospital and get a more comprehensive/expensive certificate (blood test,chest x-ray) ?

Ive two children that have both Australian and Thai passports. We plan on travelling to Oz for holidays next month. The child Thai passports have just expired so they need to be renewed. Wondering if I can just take them (kids + documents etc) to the appropriate Office to get the Thai passport renewals done or does the kids Mother need to be present as well.
