Hi Ubon Joe,

The original non o multi entry visa ended last October , and I got  it extended for a year with new stamp through to Oct this year.

I just thought, as the original Visa was multi entry, it would carry through on the 1 year extension stamp and I would not need  a re entry permit ..not so ?

I am on an extension of a Non Immigrant O Visa which is multiple entry.

Do I need to get a Re Entry Permit with this ?

Ive moved from Bangkok to Nonthaburi since I applied for my extension.

Does that mean I need to do the reporting at Nonthaburi now ?

I need to front up at a Immigration office to do my 90 day reporting.

Can I go to any immigration office or does it have to be the one for the province I am residing in?

I live on the edge of Nonthaburi but Chaeng Wattana Immigration (Bangkok) is much closer for me.

Hope you can point me in the right direction on this..

Recently my wifes Mother has complained about bad smell like strong bleach in their household and suffering watering eyes etc.

Turns out that that over the fence is a large and prestigious expat community estate and workers there have been dumping Chlorine (in vast amounts) into holes next to the estate boundary.

Now with the Bangkok rains kicking in , its seems to have caused the chlorine to leach into drainage system and producing chlorine gas that is coming up into the neighboring houses.

I'm told that the Estate is looking into solving the problem BUT I pretty sure this is beyond their "fix" and is a very serious health problem.

My wifes family has had to move out of their house as the fumes are overpowering and getting worse as the rains continue.

This is  a very serious health issue and I would like some advice on the proper health/environment department to get in touch with URGENTLY.

I'm trying to sell my land.

I have the Chanote which details my land plot with 2 neighbors plots.

Ive just been told that to sell the land I will need an updated Chanote that shows just my plot...no neighbors.

I'm very dubious about this ....whats the real deal ?

I'm assisting my wife sell a 1 Rai plot of land (chanote) ..which is in her name.

Whats the basic procedure at the land office for the transfer ...such as fees, stamp duties & the all important money transfer ??

Clearing: 3k /hour 

Truck: 400bht / trip.

(land is down near Baan Bang Kao)

In Samui I used Bangkok Samui Hospital which was OK for not critical isuues and standard checkups.

I'm looking for advice on a hospitals/doctors in BKK that I can go to for regular Cardio checkups.

I'm 56 and my family has a history of heart issues so I need address this ASAP.

I know that most hospitals can do standard Cardio checks but would like some advise based on experience if possible.
