We try to find out if there is any document that we can prepare before, because we have an appointment at Thai Embassy in out country and could legalize it there if its necessary.

In the moment is the plan that my wife go alone to Thailand, because i have to work. So we want to prepare the documents in my homecountry.

Thanks for the answers. We have an offer for the House. My wife told me that maybee the Land Office require a Papier that she can sell the House, signed by me. Iam also confused because iam signed before a Papier that the House ist owned by my wife.

We only want to bei Sure, before my wife Flies  to Thailand.

I sign at land office that she is the owner of the house.

I stay for about 7 Years in Thailand with a B-Visa what every Year was extended, but now because of some problems with my Company it can't be done. So i have to apply for a new Visa and make a new Work permit.

I plan to go next week to Kuala Lumpur to make a new B-Visa.

I have all documents from my Company already. The only document i don't have is the Letter of approval from ministry of Labour.

My Company can get this letter next week, but then I'm out of Thailand already, so my question:

The Letter of approval from ministry of Labour must be the orginal or my Company can scan it a send to me by E-Mail and i print it out?

And i belive this Letter of approval from ministry of Labour is the WP3 Letter?

I have one It's now my daily runner(Don't use my Pc at home and give my Laptop to my wife). Easy to carry fast enough for nearly everything. At work i connect to a Monitor and at home can use on the couch and in the bed, really nice.

If you don't want to play or work with Autocad or similar, I can suggest 100%

Hi Chris, I just got mine, and except for one problem I think it will be a great machine. Mine is set for the English language, but when ever I get little boxes like on Hotmail. com the sign in box is in Thai, of course for Hotmail that's not a problem, but for some things it is. Is there a way I can reset the whole thing so it's in English? Thanks.

I have such a cheap ip cam from china about $50. For me works good. The Cam have a build in Webserver, so i can access the Cam from each Computer or Smartphone with internet.

Only bad think, i only get 1-2 Frames per second and the voice is not really good.

i also have a Hp Laptop and had the same problem. i was able to solf it by myself. The wireless Module is only plug in on the backside of the Laptop. Open the cover from the W-Lan (only 1 screw) take it out, check the connectors( there are two, Antena and Conector to the Laptop) maybee clean a little bit and plug it back( but be careful this a small plugs). After this my W-Lan worked without Problems.

How do they check your monthly salary aside from asking your employer? Do they check bank statements to see that your entire salary is actually deposited in your bank account? And/Or, do they ask for your PND 91 (Income tax return)?

See, I have 35k/mo. from my PND 91 as the min. requirement from the Labor Dept. for my personally owned company WP (it's an old permit, from when the min. salary was much lower than today), and I also teach part time at a uni with 20k + per month. Total of 55k but only the 20k+ per month has monthly deposit record into personal account (done directly by bank transfer from uni to my account). I have a WP for both jobs.

Here an update again.

Yesterday we get the OK from UOB. So we will transfer the house on Monday. The house still not finished but to save the tax we will transfer it before.
