Ha they do it leaving and entering Phuket too. A few Russians had a go at a Russian man jumping a cue when exiting but the babushka and her little monster just stood in-between lines and went to the counter. The guy standing in line next was too passive or something. Happened to the Mrs too on her way back into LOS, a Russian plane landed and a middle line formed. She had to tell them off.

She has no contract but the owner will be closing the business. Is she entitled to severance?

And since I am on the subject, if a Thai has a 1 year contract with a company and the contract does not renew are they entitled to severance?

Hi we are selling our used  Garrett Sea Hunter MK II in Thailand. Hand carried from America.  Just listed with Thai Visa Classifieds 

We found gold and even retrieved a platinum diamond ring lost the day before for a very upset fiancé.  

Indeed not cheap but we made our money back.

It is great exercise and fun. The beaches are trashy but on tourist beaches lots and lots of people lose things. There is a learning curve, not so much with the detector but with learning waves and tides. That is for beach detecting of course. 

This one goes underwater to 60m. We did take it diving an it was great.  Selling as we upgraded to one that is unable to determine trash but the downfall is missing some targets. The Sea Hunter finds everything and the learning curve for use is about 10 min. Lots of You tube videos and information online.

I have just gotten my 0 visa based on my non-Thai spouses extension/visa.
My spouse is Canadian/ myself American.

What paperwork do I need to apply for the 1 year extension?
- I have a letter from the MoFA to give to immigration, as the spouse is on an M visa issued from MoFA.

- Marriage cert

-TM7 - ?

Am figuring

2 copies of every page in my passport

1-2 pics

Hi the water flow seems fine. Should be strong enough to trigger it. The lights for the powder don't go on. In the past I have installed one myself Based on info from here. . Was so handy to have the info. So now where would I start to look at electric problem? House is grounded. Powder works fine. Thank you.

HI I just moved in a house with a with 2 hot water boxes and 2 have stopped working. They are only 1 year old. I have pushed the reset buttons but no avail and even tried tripping the electric switch. I talked to the landlady and she informed me they are quite new and also no one has really rented the house for much.

Any ideas? I have turned the water on and off, the dial on and off, the test switch on and off..etc.

Hi I urgently need someone to come and ground a large fridge.

I have a large commercial fridge and now this box stopped working. It says Compressor Protector however I am not technical and am a bit panicked as i know it needs to be grounded as do a few other things but have no idea who to call!

Any ideas?

Hi I am about to move in a house with sliding doors and windows. Where can i find locking devices? I have seen draw-like locks in the floor of my friends doors, in the states we had simple devices with a bracket and screw. I can not use a wooden pole (the word escapes me now) as someone installed all doors and windows so the slide not he outside rail so a pole would be futile. (glad i am renting g.eez).

A friend suggested drilling a hole and bolt. May do that. and someone else had some locks called CHINYO.. awaiting contact info for installation. These things went near the regular locking device.

Also we need a safe. I saw the selection in Home Pro but anyone of a link to a dealer in Bkk and pricing difference knowledge? Is home pro a good deal?

I'm actually a woman.. and want to say 3 weeks ago I did get married to an amazing western man who appreciates my intelligence, conversation and sense of humour which do go far at least in his eyes. I was ready to leave Thailand after 13 years as I did not want to be in my mid 40's and single, here.
He is amazing! He grew up in Asia and is not interested in Asian women in general.
For the record I, at least in America, I can still turn a head or 2 and am not hairy, fat and overweight.
And of course my family do not want a single baht from him. We both have integrity and appreciate that about each other.
