There are videos on YouTube that go through the process. It's quite easy to make and you can adjust the potency to you're requirements.

As a rule of thumb when 80 percent the trichomes, small white hairs on the end of the buds have turned a brown/orange color the plant is ready to harvest. Going by the pictures you posted yours are not quite ready to harvest.

Purchased green crack a couple of times from a Facebook seller. Very reasonable prices and decent quality. Tried some more exotic strains from local dispensaries on Phuket but found them mediocre for the extortionate price.
