In the middle of March I leave to Thailand to complete some dive courses. This will take 2 or 3 months. Afterwards I will look for a job as dive instructor in Thailand.
Can I already try to get a multiple entry non-immigrant visa instead of a double entry tourist visa? Does this make a difference in getting easier a work permit after my education?
Which type of non-immigrant visa can I already apply for? The diving organization of Thailand is willing to send a fax to the Thai Consulate in my country in order that I can apply for a multiple entry non - immigrant O visa (or maybe a B visa). Does this make sense, because I have understand that I will need a non-immigrant B visa to get a work permit?
Once I have found a job after my education, what do I have to do then for being conform with the Regulations of visa and work permit (in the case that I have not yet a B visa)?
Thanks in advance for replying!

Dear George,
Thanks for your reply.
My nationality is belge.
As I have understand my best choice would be trying to get a multiple entry non-immigrant B visa. You said that I need an original letter from the diving organisation. Is it OK if they send me the letter by e-mail and that I will accompany this letter with the visa B application form?
If I cannot get a B visa, does it makes then any sense to apply for an O visa?
Thanks...
