Very bad customer support, after many request they cannot answer why from retail price 2500 baht i get only 150...  What is work , try to contact support and ask to delete all programs, promotion, rates channels etc.. ALL , keep only retail rate. After slowly add your own promotions only and not participate in any campaigns or promotions from Agoda.. If you want to be visible in your city just add Sponsored listing  ( 5-12 % extra discount only on booking ) and you will be always in first page of Agoda in your city. I agree that booking or Expedia have fixed discount and never had any problem with them . but many customers in Asia use Agoda so you mast use them as well , unfortunately.

Still can buy jalapeno in Chiang Mai today, for instance in Mae Hia market ( they sell jalapeno from Doi kham ). Also if you buy in bulk can keep 2-3 months in refrigerator ( in plastic box with paper ) , also frozen.. They available here year around  with 2-3 months stop, so you can make stock when harvest. I am switch now to grow tomatoes , boring of local tasteless tomatoes. Same big problem to grow in this climate. Can update results in 3 months.  For personal use you can buy dry chili from US at very good price even with shipping, the only problem is local customs.. You need local FDA approval to import large quantity, not for personal use. 10 years ago if was no problem, now very strict..

In Chiang Mai we have Doi Kham Royal project, what grow jalapeno commercially . Can buy in bulk enough for restaurant for affordable price. I see no reason to  grow commercial as except jalapeno pepper . other pepper rarely use here for Mexican cooking , except some dry peppers  for spices, what can be ordered from US. Climate in Thailand not suitable for most tomatoes, peppers what growing good in US and Mexico, also a lot of soil born decease and insects..  High risk operation and low demand.. You cannot buy this in Thailand. You can buy in US and send by mail. ( I did it and make my own cheese ). The problem is that with store bought milk you cannot make hard cheese - only soft cheese , like Danish Feta, goodBoursin etc... You should find first good farm milk. Price of milk in Thailand very expensive and if you make your cheese from the shop milk it will be expensive too. Go in Macro and buy Cheddar cheese there - good qulity and not expensive. od

Of course land can buy or sell only Thai person. Not foreigner and not even Thai company.
