I could name a few, but "Avatar " is my favourite.
Avatar in Blu ray is outstanding, about as close to 3D as you can get without glasses.
Avatar is 3D is worth seeing

Planning to renovate my kitchen. Does anyone has some good experience with decent kitchen designers/builders in Pattaya.
Browsed already this forum, but the only one I could find dates back to 2006.
Somebody got some latest experience.
Thanks - Vera

Nice and small size hotel, close to Sala Daeng at a decent price = Silom Serene.
Excellent but big size hotel, higher price level, close to Sala Daeng and Lumpini Park = Dusit Thani

Buy a Sennheiser one - a bit more expensive but excellent. You will be able to find those at Siam Paragon

Have a look at the below website. It is giving valuable info.
I have used all 3 of them and noticed no big differences between Austrian / Lufthansa nor Finnair.

At the moment things aren't too bad, apart from Hantra district where a large number of homes are flooded. However, it's not really a tourist area.
The only tourist attraction currently flooded is one of the floating markets (the new one).
Things are expected to get worse, with Monday/Tuesday being the peak water level.
The authorities are doing their best to protect the town, with sandbags and barriers. We really don't know how effective these will be, though. Probably have a better idea of the situation over the weekend.
Putting this in perspective, though, whilst there's been a lot of flooding over the past few years, it hasn't affected any of the tourist destinations, apart from Wat Chai Wattanaram, which now has a new defence system.
No need to put your trip on hold, in my opinion.
Thanks for the info

Have you tried the restaurant of the Navalai River Resort close to the Prahit pier.

Sofar we travel a lot with Etihad and have always been very pleased with their services, also whenever I had a question about the membership - they help us out in a glimpse of time. Their family membershipcard is for you probably the most interesting one.
The only negative point, you are a bit stucked to one airline, which limits you pricewise.
Miles and more on the contrary allow to gather points when flying with much more airlines Swiss, Lufthansa, Austrian and others.
