Sheryl, Just a bit of information, you might like to make a public if it is not already so. I have suffered a bit with a enlarged prostate, never had to urinate more than once a night but had to take care if I was travelling any distance to make sure not to drink water beforehand. I started taking 2000 mg of pumpkinseed oil a few months ago and my urinary function has returned to what it was at least 20 years ago. I thought this might be of interest July Regards. Nick.

I would be interested to know readers opinion of my experience. I am 78 years old in good health and a Thai citizen (as well as being a New Zealand and English citizen). I do not have any health insurance, my social security hospital is Lertsin. I get all my treatment they’re free. I used to have a yearly CT scan to check the condition of my aortic aneurysm treatment. It is now changed to 2 yearly. I have a condition known as pulmonary fibrosis, but it has not deteriorated for the last 10 years. I am very friendly with the Lung Doctor in Lertsin. Who occasionally uses me to help train new Lung doctors. For some reason I have a very good immune system and have not had influenza for instance for at least 30 years. I am confident that my medical requirements will be looked after in this hospital. Furthermore, any emergency treatment can be treated in any hospital in Thailand free under the Social Security system I am interested in your opinions????????????

I last took a taxi a few weeks ago, I asked him why previously I could always use LINE MAN to call a taxi but now it is very hard. He replied, nowadays taxis are very busy much more than previously.
