OP, I'm against the 2 tier prices also.
But I have to accept it, as it is also happening in my country and other countries I have been.
Recently, after obtaining the Yellow book, I pay Thai prices.
But to make a statement that they are racists because of that, it's out of order.
It's just an attempt to increase their revenues from people that they believe that can afford to pay more.
As I said before, Thais are not racists, but they do envy foreigners earning more money than them and can have a better life.

Start with paying them a livable wage - and supplying all their equipment rather than being forced to buy it, then crack down on corruption.

BTW what exacly is the criminal charge here? where is the victim? The by-laws, codes and charter of the GOVERNMENT applies to the GOVERNMENT OFFICERS alone. I cant see this guy being a GOVERNMNET OFFICER in THAILAND. So the forreigner is in fact the injured party however the COURT and OFFICERS will presume that he is based on his PASSPORT and visum application (commercial contract).
What happened to justice.....?

The cost you report are much higher than what other members report.
If you have to wait until the child has been legitimised depends on the country you hold nationality of. What documents you need to provide (a translation of) vary also.
OP has the options of waiting till he gest married to the mother, that will automatically make him the legal father of the child.
I can only confirm what I just paid by myself (actually I am waiting currently for the court papers). Also about the time required.
My sollution was taking the direct way and this starts with Thailand and in the next step proceed with your embassy. Our court systems obviously accepts and recognizes Thai court papers more easy than the other way around.
Getting married solves this issue anyway. Here and everywhere... ;-)
Getting married also creates issues far beyond common knowledge.

They have no reason to. A Passport is a document needed to pass a port for a commercial vessel. In fact photocopying a passport without consent from the issuing state is illegal. its all about being the biggest monkey and an excuse to extort.

However, extortion is obviously illegal but reporting it without strong evidence can be hazardous unless you have a lot of witnesses etc.

All govenments were foreclosed 25.12.2012, but noone is being notified. They are still running business as usual. Get it straight. Issuing fines is a purely commercial endevour and has no roots in law. It is treason and theft. The only reason this terrorizing of the people by the not so bright is still going on in this century is that we let it happen by consent. Some not so bright without ranks and uniforms even agrees with this conduct. When you sign the registration (regis-tration) of your car, you sign away the ownershop of your vehicle to the state. You are now the keeper of the vehicle your bought. You are not the owner anymore. When you apply for a drivers -licence you concent to doing something illegal by paying a fee, and by admitting to be a licenced driver you also consent to being fined without having caused any accident. You consent to ususry. Guess what happens when you register to marry? Why do you get a marriage licence? I suggest you all do some reading. Common sense is not common it seems.

The government of Thailand was foreclosed on the 25.12.2012. No visa rules applies anymore. see UCC filings. Its still just a scheeme to suck money out of people and be oppressive, but its no longer backed up by law. its systematic fraud. And they dont even know it.

In fact all governments, banks, corporations, courts etc were foreclosed last year. Legally you dont need to ask anyone for a visa. You are free to travel anywhere you want on this planet. The oppt foreclosed the UCC and therefore all laws under the UCC (where under everyone is being traded like a comodity). anyone tries to bother you just show them a courtesy notice. You are within your rights.

There is no such thing as the "thai school system" It is based on the preussan system. So is the rest of the world. All countries are adapted somewhat to their "purpose". Grammar, logic and rethoric is a nono. critical thinking is a nono. Schooling and education are mutually exclusive terms.

This is not "thai" culture.
Thai women used to walk around bare breasted a hundred years ago. The King brought back the custom of covering up from his travels to Europe. He adored western culture. Walked around in a roman suit. Since then Thais (or any other country) have been unknowingly forced to emulate western industrialists/bankers instructions. You might call it culture. In the west we are (or used to be) front loaded with experiences since an early age. Thats why we evolve! It induces genius in kids. In oppressed and decadent societies people stay childish all through their lives. Hence cannot swim cannot do this or that. These countries are not developoing at all. they are furnished by the west.

We have the same problem in our condo at Waterford rama4. The management takes all the common fees and pretend they spend it all on bills. nothing is taken care of. The kids pool( the kids swim everywhere though) is the worst. There are 4 lights in there and all the cables are floating around in the pool as the lights are not screwed to the floor. The technicians(3 of them!) couldnt find their own <deleted> with two hands. I have mentioned it many times but they look at me like im crazy... i even stopped paying the common fee since i didnt see any resolution in near future. Thay ansvered with cutting off my water. even though i was paying my water bill. There are electrical cables tied with tape all over the common area including the kids playground! The management refuse to talk about it or do anything about it. on top of that the pool is dumped full of Trichlorocyanuric acid as a source of clorine. Trichloroisocyanuric acid in swimming pools is easier to handle than chlorine. It dissolves slowly in water, but as it reacts, cyanuric acid concentration in the pool will build-up. At high cyanuric acid concentrations, normal chlorine levels can be rendered ineffective, requiring either dilution by draining and refilling the pool or by adding abnormally high doses of chlorine to overcome this effect. They just dump it in with a showel. I offered to give them an ozonator for free( value 1 million baht) because i have my kids in there but they didnt want it! What can one do with things like this? Nothing? im talking to retarded little kids in adult bodies!

Most people are killed by electric power by surprise and a most of them died because of electric shock (which not necessary cause death ) but by secondary cause like falling from the roof etc.
Of course it needs some critical condition for this kind of death but in wet areas those chances growing to very high probabilities ..
In Your case I would not dare to come to swimming pool ...sorry ... I rather do not affraid of electric power (I am electrician) but I have a full respect to the rules.
They are made to save life's and not to kill.
There is a cheap solution for you to overcome this problem ..
Why don't you buy or import certified RCD (protection device ) and demand to install it to the pool lamps or even pool electric pumps ?? It doe not cost your life....

I have asked many times like i said. they just look at me like some dog that was shown a card trick, and run away thinking im crazy...The fact that they refuse to let ME fix things for FREE makes me wonder what the hell they are up to...As im a chemist i could easly take care of the water quality. But alas!
