As a Thai myself, I'm not even sure what it means. But if I have to guess, the phrase is almost equivalent to something like 'she's not my type, but I'd still do her.'

I have never been in any kind of survey even though whenever I see a survey people I jump in. I have to say I am in the minority here.

But I'm not surprised with the poll however. It has nothing to do with knowledge or education either. Most of my friends who are college grads, some even from the states or the UK, would be OK with corrupted government as well. Some even want a hand in it...

How can we change it? No idea. We like to gamble. We like quick money. Too bad we separate morality to earning a living.

Just ask yourself if this were your own country and the goverment which was in power was saturated with corruption and was'nt prepared to bring an ex leader to justice even though he had ripped off millions of tax payers money. Which side of the fence would you be on?

I'd ask myself if I contributed to the corruption, or ever spoke out against it.

Corruption in government would be a lot less if it isn't endemic all the way up from grassroots. No hope of finding moral people for government as long as corruption is mai-pen-rai'ed in every household and institution in the country.

A country gets the government it deserves. If the whole culture is accepting of corruption at every level, and contributes to it, no good crying when those kids that grew up with it get into power.

So true... The problem the Thais are facing now can't be solved in just a few days or months. The idea of democracy in Thailand is totally different and should be different than the rest of the world because of the fact you mentioned.

Ive been back to Thailand for about 3 months. And what I missed the most is a good burger from In & Out. (http://www.in-n-out.com/) They're just a fast food place with 3-4 selections, but all of them are good.

Thai don't eat beef? nah... It's just that Thai beef is not as delicious as the US beef.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm wondering if I'm the only wow player who's experiencing extremely bad ping from roughly 6-8?

It's been quite bad for about a week or so now, and tonight it's just insane. I was in AB with the ping spiking up to 26,000.

Early morning is the best time to play WoW for me. My worst ping was abot 1000ms in the evening.

How's everybody normal ping time for WoW? 300-400ms? Is it possible to get a faster ping than that?
