Total respect to all the officers involved. I recently watched a documentary about police officers involved in apprehending child predators and some talked openly about the emotional strain involved in dealing with the cases and reviewing evidence. 660 pedophiles equals countless thousands of young lives destroyed at the hands of the monsters. I hope they never see the light of day again to carry on their sickness with other innocents children.

Waiting for our European members to blame this on America and start ranting as usual...
Keep waiting as I'm sure most of us would not attempt a pathetic point scoring exercise off the back of 295 deaths.

Oh, come on now, Judas, you know what they say about a politician when his lips are moving.Bill Clinton claiming they are several million dollars in debt then doesn't put him or Hilary in a good position to run for president. If they can't handle their personal finances how can they be expected to manage a nation?
Especially one with a southern drawl and a nickname like, "Slick Willy".
Says here that Bills net worth is $80 million today:

So the fact they went from rags to riches make them eligible to run the country?
All I know is my retirement portfolio doubled during his Administration.
I actually don't believe they are not net multi millionaires. Maybe Bill is being truthful that they have a few million dollars debt but just not mentioning the the 10's of millions in assets. Still not a clever comment politically.

First, It is none of the USA's business. Uganda is a Sovereign Nation and has a right to establish their own laws. I dare say Uganda may not approve of some of the USA Laws, so be it.
From what I read only less than 12% follow these alternative life styles, but they want to wipe it in everybodies face. If you must do it, do it behind closes doors and keep children out of it !!
The Bible and Quran speak out against this. Thailand tolerates a more liberal view of these things.
I believe Sodom and Gomorrah made a pretty straight forward statement about where deteriorating morals and all the things associated with it leads too.

As you say, Uganda is a sovereign nation as is the USA. America has every right to decide which nations it wishes to do business with. In this case they are excercising their right to impose sanctions. I'm not a great fan of American politics but they get my full support in this situation.
Do you honestly think homosexuality is a lifestyle choice? Who in their right mind would make a choice to risk life imprisonment or as in the post above, burnt to death in the street. Jeez, some people!!

My wife bought a top spec Samsung Galaxy about 6 months ago and the screen also stopped working around 5-6 weeks ago. Was purchased from an independent retailer inside the local Tesco mall. Shop sent it off and after 3 weeks or so was returned and promptly seized up ago on first use, off it went again and wife has had it back for a few days now and working fine. The phone was sent to Samsung service centre both times and payment was never mentioned.
I'm pretty sure the wife's 'phone had 12 month guarantee and not 15 but could be wrong.

Nok = Bird. Wonder what the correct story is.

For me sex is about making babies, ladyboys can't do that!! Easy decision. I need a girl.
You only have sex to make babies? That's even more bizarre than the OP

None ,my friends are all normal ,decent human beings married to normal decent Thai women .they didn"t marry the first woman that told them how hansum they were just before they agreed a price for the night . grow up op.
And actually your experience is the norm but rarely mentioned on TV as there's nothing special or scandalous about it. Everyone I know is in a similar "normal" relationship. Makes me wonder how the OP and those like him manage to get themselves into such situations.

'live by the sword, die by the sword" There would be a certain justice if it happened in this cop killers case.

It's a win win situation as long as the money is not an issue to you. The old gardener will be happy and so will you knowing you've done your good deed for the day.

Why are so many getting wound up by the OP. To me it immediately read as an amusing bit of satire.

What a dreadful story. I hope she/they get the help they need. My missus says she often feels similar especially when I 'performance fart' in front of her pals or in the garden where the neighbours can see.
That's an 'F' in the Performing Arts.
She should appreciate your effort in putting the "art into fart." Are you in this guys league?

Carried out correctly it is a legitimate tool for disciplining kids.
As long as you don't meet those 'kids' 10 years later and they remember your 'legitimate tool'.
i agree about meeting the teacher latter in life , i got caned at school mid 70s in england , i cant remember what i,d done wrong but i must have deserved it , left school at 15 went to work in the building trade " when it was still hard work and mostly done by hand " makes you a strong lad , i met the teacher in a bar about 8 or 9 years latter , " so i thanked him for putting me on the correct path in life " NO ONLY JOKING i followed him into the toilets and told him who i was , then gave him a good old beating and left him there , was it the right thing to do ? NO but it made me feel much better ...
does the saying go " you reap what you sew "
I'm sure most of us have done things in the past which we are somewhat ashamed of and would rather forget. You admit what you did was wrong yet the tone of your post makes you sound almost proud. Perhaps though you think receiving violence from him made you react the way you did?

Could you not have checked her ID while she went into the bathroom?
Or check how "she" used the bathroom

There really is only one thing worth saying IMO when these topics regularly appear : Each to their own.

Amazing. According to the Tesco staff member if you walk into the store you obviously don't need a wheel chair so, I guess if you can't walk you would have your own wheel chair. Why bother having wheel chairs available with that logic?

Patong is now so crowded no one goes there anymore.
Crowded with no people then.

Another emotional cripple....
ebay scam or desperate seller

Shipping is rated on how quickly the seller entered the item into the postal system, not how long the postal system took to deliver it. Some buyers ( I've never been an ebay seller, only a buyer )want the cheapest priced item and assume it comes with the fastest shipping!!
