If he is ill he should get the health visa, 90  days at a  time, as long as he has doctors certificate certiyfing  that.

Yes Thais share many things, but once i suggested    to the wife  she share me, i was threatened with a wayne bobbit.

Be careful about the address, my wife does my immigration visits, due to me bbeing paraplegic.

1 time she made a mistake put the wrong house number (her old address ) immigration picked it up and made a bit of a fuss.

Maybe physical therapy is weak in Thailand.

I must point out i get first class physio from our local  hospital, here in Banphai.

I go every 2/3 weeks and get the best of treatment/ help from all the staff in the physio department.

 I also get home visits, and i must say the help i have received has helped me tremendously.
