Is it possible to open sim-card once it is closed (canceled, deactivated)? I stay abroad now and True closed it without reason even I had days and couple hundred left in card. I did camera meeting with them once and what their representative said was "Sim-card is cancelled, sorry!" It is really problematic because I need to use thai-sim with Kasikorn to get bills paid. Any suggestions?

Can I get both 30 and 7 day extensions in one visit to immigration? 

I have True prepaid-sim and I stay out of Thailand about 6 months. I would like to keep same number and sometimes I need it for banking so how can I topup True from abroad? Or is balance even needed if only receive SMS from bank? How quickly they close sim if balance is 0?

Thanks! I know how to google but waiting answers to fake-option first. There is about 4x price difference and this fake one lasted same 2 years as original one that came with computer. I googled already Terminal21 have big Apple store and its near me, so I'll go there if fakes cannot be found.

Are some shop selling mentioned chargers preferably near 2nd road? Or where is nearest Apple shop where I can find original one? Little hurry...

Hsbc.hk (EUR or USD) to Kasikorn or BKK bank. What are the costs nowdays for lets say 5000 euro transfer and exchange to Thai baht? Which bank is cheaper and should I use some intermediate bank? 

New passport and visa takes time and money. So if it doesn't make any difference do you have or not 6 months left in passport when travelling to Thailand I just go there with my old passport . I will still have three months left in it when coming back to my country.

Is this same 6 month rule when arriving without visa (30 day stamp)?

I might have a little problem. With single-entry tourist visa in my passport, I need to postpone my flight to Thailand and just realized my passport expires in 5,5 months after arriving. Is this a problem or is that 6 month rule only checked when applying visa?

Any expat here tried to open HSBC account in HK lately? Is it still possible and what are the requirements?

I come to BKK for three months and I have condo there waiting at Onnut area. Is there any internet service provider who agrees with three month deals with adsl or cable connection? Seems 1 year min. is standard. If 4g or even 3g would have unlimited download per month but looks like every plan in limited to somewhat less than 10gigs that is not enough for stream video.

Forgot to mention that my old thai-number (registered to Kasikorn) is not in use anymore. Is it possible to get OTP via email? It doesnt sound very secure though but need to keep it in mind if this sms-mess gets too complicated.

So there's no way to change OTP phone number overseas? I cancelled my trip to Bangkok because of political situation and now wondering do I need to book new flights just to get my internet bank working. I like security as well but my life gets difficult if showing face in my own Kasikorn branch is only way to do this.

Can anyone confirm Patpong situation? Friends just came for holiday first time in Thailand and it would be nice to get couple beers at somewhere outside

I tried to google this topic headline couple days ago because my parents visit in BKK and they had same problem. But only web-page I found was this. So I replied now after parents visit. They told me there is luggage deposit in MBK. Like said this may be useful info for someone

And where to get copy of HK stamp? Here in TV was introduction before but cannot find it now. Something about opposite building of consulate...

Thank you for tip! I went to Fortune Town Amorn today with power supply of my TV. I asked them to change all 1000nf 10V capacitors to 1000nf 25V. Ten minutes after work was done. Total cost was 500 baht (for farang ), I didn't try to argue about it. Now my Samsung is like new!
