Jasmine Suites, Soi 23 also has plug-in ADSL.

I also need a ADSL hook-up, not wi-fi for my employers laptop, not compatible with wi-fi. I have used the Whitehouse Condotel (100B extra per day) and Marriott (some ridiculous price) in Pattaya. In Bangkok have used JW Marriott (again high price per day) and the Swiss Grottio, no extra charge.
