You first need to understand why your dog is barking so much.

* Did he show this behavior before? If not, it may be a sign of old age. He doesn't see or hear that good anymore resulting on being overly alert.

* Is he bored?

* How often does he get out of his house and garden?

* Has he been properly socialized as a puppy and has this been kept up through his life?

* How does he sees his position within the human/dog pack?

Etc.

Shock collars can do serious harm to your dog and can very possible traumatize him. Shock collars also do not solve the problem behavior if the cause is not addressed.

we didn't have her as a puppy, you're probably right about properly socialized, and getting time outside the house.

sometime I'm afraid to take her outside even when on a leash, because we have serveral soi dogs with no leash, don't want to see them fight.

Once in use, the fire trucks can then be distributed to various firehalls in the city as a show of goodwill.

Result: Firetruck scandal - off the books because of the good deed in helping to end the crisis

Result: Crisis ends as PAD realise that it was time for a shower and go home.

Result: Stockmarket rebounds, we all get back to work.

Result: High season is saved and James is granted PR status.

To the OP's original post, my bigest problem is having a Thai woman say what she wants. Somedays, quite frankly, I am too tired from work to make a decision, even a simple decision such as what to have for dinner. But if I ask my companion what she wants, I invaribly get "up to you." Or if I want her opinion on something, she will ask me what I think first, then base her response on what I stated.

This is most frustrating at times - especially when you are trying to establish what your partner would actually LIKE to do. Making decisions (along with planning) is not their string suit but it would help if sometimes they would contribute to the decision making process. "up to you" and "I don't know" feature too often.

You guys are lucky, DONT complain. My wife always knows what she wants even when she uses the "up to you". And when I decide, she will then tell me that I decided wrong and suggest that what I really want to do is this or that (which is basically what she wants.)

So now I use the "up to you" back to her. HAH!!! Take that!!!!!

Same here, I alway asked her what would you like to eat, she said "it's up to you" when I decided for her, she said no I don't want that, I thought you remembered. I said no I don't, they alway try to test you.
