  1. I'm always up late. It could be 2am (early) to 6am with an average around 4am or so. Some of my business means socialising and I cannot just drink lime soda all night.

I know I should cut out snacks but need to replace to hunger fulfillment with something - what ?

Booze - I have actually put on more weight cutting down on the booze.

Exercise - I know I should get back into the gym but with business, a new baby and lack of sleep makes it hard.

Food - this is where I need some help. I love bread, snacks, rice, meat, etc.

So what is achievable. I want to drop from 94kgs to mid 80's at least, so lets say 85, about 10kgs.

What to eat, when, how to get rid of hunder pains etc.

I cannot stop eating rice nor can I just eat meat. I love cheese and bread as well but need something to substitute them in the main.

Anyone got ideas and recipes for stuff that is realistic and not just a dream ? Get me through the day from waking up (5 or 6 hours sleep) and then not feeling hungry but eating too much too late etc. Cheers

Im the same weight as you and seem to have the same bad eating and sleeping habbits, would love a cure to get me down to 83-85ish, let me no if you get any cures, good luck

  2. Hi Soap

    Thanks for your information.

I keep note for the cost.

I really would stay clear of this school,(amec) there are a couple of good teachers but generally there just back packers trying to earn a living (dont blame them) or non qualified teachers , from a parents point of view it shows, the quality of the teaching, the teacher and parent interaction is terrible.

The price is not to bad but it does reflect in the the school , it reallty does need some money spending on it. A doctor friend of mine moved his kids there, one of them was doing really well at the previous school, but her grades went straight down when she went there, so they pulled them both out. I took my daughter out after 4 months.

  3. Ive noticed a new shop that sells stuff from baby to toddlers, (modern mum) I bought a few things, the lady was very nice spoke excellent english and also could order items for you. There were a number of things I couldnt get and wanted to know if theres any other shops in Chiang Rai that deal in selling things for babies. Thanks

  4. 2 elephants at Night Safari die

Two elephants at Chiang Mai's Night Safari died last month, while three others have fallen ill due to bad digestion resulting from eating the wrong kind of grass, resident veterinarians said Tuesday.

Suphoj Maythaphirat, a senior official, said Night Safari animal keepers were partly at fault for not screening the feed bought from villagers, adding that elephants should not eat too much old grass in a single sitting.

Phang Joi and Phang Grandma died late last month after succumbing to extremely bad digestion, while three other elephants are recovering from the same symptoms. Suphoj said only soft grass will be fed to the ill elephants. They will also be given more water to drink.

Suphoj said insecticide in the grass - bought regularly from three communities in Tambon Mae Hia, Suthep and Nong Khwai - could be a reason for the deaths and that tests were currently underway.

Its such a shame and so very sad, I visited there once and although on the surface it looked good, after I took a closer look you got the sense that they were not sure how to take care of all there various animals, and thought something would eventually happen, such a shame poor animals, but must admit chiang Mai zoo was alot worst, when I went there, I saw dead snakes still in there enclosures, I could take another visit.
