    Since SCB bank is eliminating Web-based online banking, I tried setting up an account on their Mobile App. I can't get past the first page requiring Passport Number and Birth Date. No further details or instructions are provided. Has anyone had this problem or any idea how to proceed? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
