  1. To Philippines it's not a problem at all. I brought my 3 cats from Russia to Philippines and after 4 months to Thailand. And soon I'm going to move to China. And maybe in 2-3 years to Australia :-) So my street russian cats pretty expensive already.

For PH you just need standard documents as everywhere (health certificate + passport with all the vaccinations + export certificate, which issued usually max 3 days before departure by approved vet clinic)

And always remember, that you have to arrive on the working days at working hours to the destination airport to get your pets customs cleared fast. Because the Quarantine department at the airport does not work 24 hours.

  2. My boyfriend is working now on the construction of the private house on the beautiful lake at Kao Tao. I should make a pictures of the process and upload them to the internet for the owner (he is in Netherlands now).

If you are interested how construction is going (I make the photos almost every day), you can follow the process of the construction with me by this link:

  3. Be careful with that bottled water in the big white cooler bottles. Make sure you find a company you can trust. We have a cooler too and used to have that type of water delivered in a pickup truck, but one day after changing to a new bottle the water had a definite smell and taste of gasoline. People can use those containers for anything and then just turn them back in for refill. Obviously, after our experience, they sometimes don't wash out the containers.

Also, a friend of mine in Bangkok said he saw a truck load of those containers being filled in an alleyway from an outdoor tap so you may just be buying tap water.

Ooops, it sounds not good... Thank you very much for your info! I will try to find 6-litres bottles and put them on my cooler, hope it will be much better, than drink water from dirty cooler bottles...

  4. Hin Nam Sai Suay nightclub/disco north side of HH on the main road is where the trendies hang out.

It's more Thai-style disco. I think that most of farangs like FullMoon Party, disco at BKK or less... Hilton in Hua Hin.

We can meet together someday at Hilton disco, for example, if anyone wants. What do you think?

  5. Hotel - Top Marks Hotel lets to stay with dogs and have big lounges for letting dogs walk out.

Come here and ask some property agencies to find a house for you. I think you can move from the hotel to the house in 3-5 days maximum.

  6. curryfreak, did you find anything?

It will be perfect, If you could come to Hua Hin, and first stay at any hotel for few days, while you will try to find a house for yourself. Just ask several property agencies and they will help you to find a house. I think it's not impossible to rent a condo because of the pets.

I live with 3 home cats from my home country (I bring them here with me) and now I have 2 big dogs (Thai homeless dogs), which live outside the house on the territory around.

So good luck! If you have any question - just contact me by PM.

  7. It's not a problem to own dogs here. Just rent a house with some territory around it - that's all. Dogs can walk anytime from your house to the territory (of course, if you let them enter to the house - I'm not), they will be happy, believe me. I have 2 dogs (they were homeless, now the are mine :o ) and they live outside my house on the green territory, they can open the door and walk outside territory for the toilet or just for playing with other dogs. I live in Hua Hin in Thai village (here almost no farangs around) and every my neigbour have dogs.

  8. Does anyone know is there any Thai producers of high quality professional sewing and cutting equipment?

I know only Juki - but this is Japan producer, and prices for their machines are very high.

I would like to buy some professional sewing machines and other equipment for garment manufactory.

    And one more question.

    How to lease commercial equipment?

Thank you for any advices! :o
