Hi all while driving on sukothai road about half a killometer past topland saw new road sign phitsanulok immigration . Tunrned off to investigate but no more signs and unable to find any immigration office, maybe this has to do with the new reg,s on extensions etc in the province u reside in!. Be great for me and other expat,s living here if they have opened a new office here. Anybody got any more info cheer,s aazA.

Hi all entered thailand on double entry TV from laos on the 11th sept, due to a family problem had to fly back to the uk on the 9th oct. I Have booked a one way ticket back to BKK on the 15th of oct. The enter before date on the 2nd entry is 9th dec. So question is any problems comming back early thank,s aazA.

I did ok with eva air 14,294 baht to fly to LHR on the 7th this month then i asked about extending till the 9th no problem and no charge

thats a good price for EVA, its usually baht 15000 + 3000 tax = 18000

Now i want to carry some bruffen 4000 tablets for headaches suspect this wjll be no problem, But what about vallium for to help me get to sleep bought from pharmacy here no markings on pills as to what they are. I bet you this isn't for real but is one of those outlier office anomolies. BunLover, the combo accomplishes the same thing, showing the same amount of money. Thai immigration has enough workers without needing foreign cheerleaders to applaud and rationalize changes that are not favorable to us.

The 90 days is for using visas for entry - you can enter for 60+(about 29) exit/enter second time for 60+30.

You just have to make that second entry while the visa is still valid.

OK, I stand corrected, sorry.

But the OP has to be careful if he makes use of a 30 day extension of current stay if he still needs to utilise the second entry.

Cheer,s opalhort utilise the second entry after 60 days or 90 for extension!.

The enter before date is correct. 3 months. But this is usually only for single entry tourist visas. With a double entry you should have got a visa validity of 6 months.

Laos does not provide six months for a two entry tourist visa - it is the same as single entry.

So i only have 3 month,s on a double entry TV my last one from laos gave me 6 month,s with extensions .

Hi got second double entry visa in laos on the 10th of this month,stamped back into L.O.S on the 11th. The enter before date is the 9th of december, But by my math it should be the 9th november!. Anybody! .

Just wondering since the crackdown on back to back tourist visa's has any one been to Laos recently...any difficulties????...as the crackdown been put into force???? ....I think of lot of members would really appriciate any info from recent travellers to Laos to renew their visas...I am due to go at the end of the month and have 4 back to back visa's already....not sure what to do next so all advice would be greatly appriciated....

Vientiane today no proplems getting 2nd double entry. But coming back thai IMM OFFICER on checking passport gave me a funny look but got stamped in OK .

Just come back from Vientiane today, U need to supply fully filled in applcation form and copy of passport photo page. Apply before 11 am pick visa up next day after 1pm, get there early consulate opens at 8.30 am. and two passport photos touts ouside the consulate will do everthing for u for about 150 baht.

I didn't drink a drop since 14 odd years and haven't needed it or missed it at all. So i am all for banning alcohol outright. Makes the roads a lot safer and prevents lots of silly fights with injured or killed people.

Hi I got a double entry visa at vientiane on the 17th march. entered thailand on the 18th, Now by my maths my 60 day,s is up on the 15th may

So what date should i apply for a 30 day extension, and can i do this in bangkok. As i am living in phitsanulok,what with the new rules.

My TV say,s enter before the 16th june 2009, so can make 2nd entry on the 12th as the 13 and 14 june 1migration will be closed.

Or would it be better to enter on the 15th, but would i get fined for oevrstay as the 30 day,s is up on the 13th june. Thanks in advance azzA.
