How about a government run Airport on Koh Samui. This would stop Bangkok Air's monopoly on the Island. It is So expensive to fly in and out of Samui, thanks to Bangkok Air

...an airport which hasn't destroyed the area that it's meant to serve.

Samui was dynamite before the airport...look how that turned out...
