Hub of stupidity and knee jerk reactions followed by the usual U turn and shame.
Are you referring to AN and the responses Josephbloggs was pointing out?

I wish that would have shown this much outrage over the election theft.

Fear not. As soon as the battery expires that will be the end of it.

I still get amazed when I keep seeing all these photo ops of him visiting this department, or that department, etc. As a condition of his release he should not be anywhere near any of these offices, yet nobody is willing to stand up and say, oi, thaksin, sod off.
Yes, I know, this is Thailand, he has money, etc. it just makes the country look totally incompetent.
Kreng Jai mate.
It's a bit like yeah-nah.

You have to feel for the Doctors who, because of the dark influence Tony weilds, were forced into this knowing it was wrong. Mai Pen Rai, would have been the response from Tony. I will protect you'.
Yep, just like he protected his red shirt followers thrown in jail or his sister from being exiled and the list goes on.
There is no level low enough for this guy and yet some still swoon over him.

Here they were presented with the perfect opportunity to change the course of their lives and their kid's lives & they didn't take it. They sold their votes & didn't even have the good sense to say that they would vote for one particular person and then vote for whomever they liked. They seem to lack the intelligence to even do such a simple thing.
I have lived here 20 years and they disappoint every time. A bunch of whingers just looking for their next 'free money' handout without the realisation that It Isn't Free. They and their kids will pay for it over time.
You get the government that you deserve Thai people & you deserve only the worst that is coming your way. Sickening. 😞
They didn't dissapoint me in the last election. But I don't necessarily disagree with your sentiment.
However, when they could see the light at the end of the tunnel only to have it cruely extinguished by a powerful force that lurks in gilded hallways and feasts at the tables of dirty deals, you can't really blame them for giving up and going back to their old habits.
I also think that PP losing Pita as the front man has cost them a lot. Maybe in 9 years he will return and try again. I hope so.

These problems have been ongoing since year 1.
Whats more concerning is that the building is still under warranty and these defects have not been fixed.

Tony will get away scott free from this.
Sadly, a number of people will be sacrificed as scape goats who were initially threatened into submission by the 'born to rule' bullies.
Will Tony care? Not one iota.

After what her family has masterminded here she has no right to cry 'weve been through a lot'.
She should just shut up.

Did my TDAC online on Friday. Came in at Chiang Mai from KL yesterday. No asking if I had done it in KL and normal entry at Chiang Mai. No one asked me for anything. Obviously it's on their system as the were turning back (to the kiosks) those without them.

Try looking a little deeper into the issue.
To those that live here legally and permanently, have a family here, educate their kids here, work here, spend their money here and pay taxes here, it isn't fair.

So how about a report on how well the last handout stimulated the economy before you start splashing it about to teenagers.

The stupidity of Thai people in high places knows absolutely no bounds.
How thick can you get?

bob.
They are not so thick when it comes to manipulating their way into such positions through corruption but yes, being a product of such methods is a primary contribution to their complete and utter stupidity.

SRT chief Veerith Amrapal confirmed the extension after a board meeting, clarifying that no additional costs would be incurred by the Construction Supervision Consultant or Project Management Consultant.
What about the civil contractor? I find it hard to believe that after you (SRT) caused the 350 day delay, contractors will not apply for an extension of time for their almost 1 year of additional costs.

Week before last on my way back from Mae Sot I stopped as usual at one of the many checkpoints. Was then surrounded by immigration volunteers and police and asked to pull over to the side. They asked me to get out and show my passport and then proceeded (all 6 of them) to take photos of the passport and me beside the car holding the passport.
Asked them whats up and they simply complained that they had to do it becasue the big boss told them to. They didnt know why and apologised with wais and thankyous.
Unusual to say the least.

Thanks.
Can you please share the name / location of a photo shop that does these photos in CM?
Appreciated.
Mee chok plaza according to CM dad above.
I'm not in CM but just went to the local shop and gave them the Thai instructions. No issues except I had to get him to reprint on high-gloss photo paper as he printed them on matt.
