I have quite extended experience in opening educational institutions and branches in my country. I am thinking about to open such establishment in Thailand

in order to close this niche in international learning sector here. It will certainly make some attraction to expats who I believe will consider an option to bring their kids

to the school. Does anyone have such an experience in this sort of field? Are there any possible difficulties in opening this kind of business? Any nuances or balancing?

What sort of licensing or limitations you might meet?

Yeah.I've been in Bali a week ago.What a SHIT PLACE!!!Beaches are ok but waves are so big.

Many developments,prices are cheaper...and no public infrastructure at all.

For my money, I enjoy Bali much more than anywhere in Thailand...and I live in Thailand!

Yeah.I live in Thailand(Phuket) too.

IMHO Phuket is more famous tourist destination comparing with Bali.And its keeping developing this way.

From this point and also because of coming improvements in foreign investment policy by the new government I am still positive to say that Phuket is good field for investment.

To invest to Phuket is still good idea.Especially to Richmond Group which has developed "The Residence" on Bang-Tao Beach.

....I would say unless you are dealing with reliable developer....the developer with reliable history...

....only with such developer also being as your landlord you will get a good return from your investment...

....i know a few villas owners in Phuket.They've already made averagely 5,000,000 BHT each for one year on reselling their properties...
