The would have to file a court case for the debt and then a person could be put on a watch list. That is not likely to happen unless the debt was very high.

 

I think they will first send you court letters. then they will move to immigration, what you think will be the amount to be, for moving to immigration? anything more than 50,000 will be notified.. 

 I think you will be arrested if Credit card companies already notified immigration!

FYI Thailand's Solar Power Programme is so oversubscribed that they are going to drop the tariff "adder" that was introduced to attract investment in that area so I would say that the country's energy planning is actually a lot more advanced than you assume ( I say assume because you obviously have no knowledge of the subject) ( Sorry but it is that obvious!). Biomass Power Plant using waste from the rice milling, Palm oil and other industries are in operation in many locations and supply power to the grid under the SPP and VSPP programmes. A few Wind Power Projects are currently being studied. The government has established an office to assist Thai companies to gain the benefits available under the CDM Programme which has helped to enable Thailand to move ahead of Malaysia, Indonesia and Philppines in terms of the number of CDM registered projects ( as a % of CDM registered projects in Asia) compared to having zero projects registered in 2004/5 ( Source www.cd4cdm.org).Gas is getting difficult due to huge demand ( although PTT has recently built a big LNG Terminal which may help). Hydro is very difficult due to the environmental impact. Overall I would say that the situation in Thailand re energy planning is probably a lot more advanced than some people assume and let's be honest it would be difficult to point to any country as being an ideal role model in this area.

Well said, but you have missed out COAL. Thailand is also a big importor of coal, which takes care of thermal power plants, and meet electricity demand of many industries such as paper mill, cement, food etc. Thailand is better off with out Nukes

It means that legally you are in the country on overstay at a rate of 500 Baht/day. It is YOUR responsibility to inform Immigration when your reason for extension is no longer valid. You may get away with staying around, or you may get in trouble when your tax payments etc do not all match up.

I do not know, if this topic is covered before,

I used to work with a company till end of Dec 2010. But employment terminated since then. Company did not ask my WP back. ( it was me who did all the paper work and WP job since HR did not know anything, company supported me with doc and fee) Still use B visa to stay. also got 90 days stamp in Jan 2011. is my visa stil valid until WP is surrendered?

and if i get another job, can i use same WP under Different company name and change it legally?

They did not ask for a fee for training. but to get the job after training, you will have to find a customer

yes there was no fixed salary.. you will get a commission according to your performance in the market ( it was mentoined that you could earn upto 50,000 + as a beginner)

I was on a job hunt for last few months, Recently i came a cross some companies who claim to be doing Commodity Trading. They offer very high returns to your investment.

a job seeker has to go through a 2-3 months training for trading in NY stock exchange. after successful completion of training, you will have to find an Investor with very large amount (500,000 or equ). In return, they offer you very high commission and earnings from trade. Investor is also promised with a very high ROI.

I do not understand if this is for real o something fishy. i would like to know If any of you have heard about it or it is legal.

I know commodity trading is a good business but how can you offer such a big returns.
