  1. I understand how do you feel but everywhere in the world have been changing, and we should accept. But you can try to avoid the place, or things you don't like... I think you are very very lucky person because you can affort to stay there which beautiful sea. Maybe you can stay near the sea for about 6 months and enjoy staying in the mountain for 6 months. The area at Maerim is beautiful and has not destroy by.... :) ......yet. I hope to see you in Maerim..../choke dee

  2. hello, Where is your condo, I am envious of you....

    The Thai culture in my understand is, usually everybody could give the gift on new year (the end of December and begining of January) example... you are the boss, give the gift for the faverite staff (hiding) but give the bonus for ever staff in your company. Thai people give the gift for friend, relative, or someone who you love in this time too.

    On April 14 is family day, the children should show greatfull by go back home, cook for parents, buy gife for thier parents or even for elder relative, spend the time with family, go to make merit in the temple.

  3. Hello, Why won't you spend time in Pai during Songkran festival or go to country side and stay in quiet guest house there for few days. Come back after finish Songkran and have wonderful life in Chiang Mai again. Or stay in the room, do meditation, do yoka, practice painting, I will do the same ...stay in my room,painting....listen to the music... sabaai sabaai ka

  4. It was rain for two days. I think this is a good time to wake up early, do a littlebit exercise, enjoy the sun rise in the park. I have been there cycling around the moat. It was nice. See you somedays... :D:o

  5. I will say Payap university, but if you would like private teacher I will say teacher name is Lah. Many people said she teaches very well but I am not sure about her schedule because usually she is very busy. If you are lucky, she might have time for you....her telephone /telephone number removed as per forum rules and sent to the poster/ "choke dee for your study"

    Hi, hope you are already found the techer but if you still want to have intensive cours I would suggest teacher Lah. But usually she would not accept the reservation, you have to take luck only, to see if she would have time availble for you.... her phone is 086 1938768....many friends of my said she is qualify teacher....good luck... joy 2

  8. Oh ...shit, God dammm ... what ever meaning....This word is a little bit impolite...but if you want to say in the cute way.....You could say dtaai la waa ตาย ละ หว่า :o leum ...ลืม.........

  9. Hi ....i think every language school teach well but depend on which school is suit you. If you are ok about the budjet, you might try with private teacher too. My friends study with teacher Lah for about 8 months now. They are quite happy with her teaching style and method... chokdee ka

  10. More you get old, it more difficult to study the language .. but it not always. I met friend, he is 72 years old but he study Thai language in Chiang Mai, now he is improved a lot. Try to hang out with Thai with different background...has good education, middle, or not so educate but you will get variety of vocab.as the same as me..choke dee :o

Not only the woman can "awn nawm" to her husband but also means...the students humble to the teacher, the staff humble to the boss, the younger sister or younger brother humble to older brother or older sister. ...the main point for thai culture...if you are 'awn nawm " and "jing jai"(sincere) the percentage to be unemployee or not succeed about anything in you life is....Low

My real purpose is to persuade the people to use bycicle instead of using the moterbike,especialy in the winter season here becuase the climate is not hot even in the daytime. If we the people can see the big group cycling...they might think to reduce using gasoline or even onece a week or onece a month is better than nothing ...thanks again. :o

  14. A friend has regular Monday-afternoon 1-hour dance-sessions at her house, up towards Mae-Rim, and uses a teacher called Peerapong PongPaiboon, phone 089-6323626 or email [email protected] , not sure if he speaks other-than Thai though.

  15. It is difficult to find the thai tv program which teach Thai language for tourism.. Usually they teach Thai student in the very high level. Maybe you can contact teacher name is Lah. She teach here in Chiang Mai. But she always busy with too many customers...www.thailanguagechiangmai.com I hope you will have good luck.
