  1. This guy is extremely well known in Koh Samui for failing to complete projects. Buriram deserves better I promise you.

There's a very good reasons why they don't show their address and I'm shocked he's at it again - but a leopard never changes it's spots does it?

I'll be surprised if this message is left on the forum, but it shold be - WARNING is correct.

  2. But your mention of work ending waves a red flag - are you on a 90 day visa entry or an extension of stay? If an extension of stay it expired the day your work ended and needs to be canceled with a letter from employer and visit to Immigration. If a 90 day visa entry the stay will end as indicated on stamp.

I'm just at the end of a 90 day visa entry, but see what you mean by the 'red flag'. Must happen all the time though with people leaving work and wanting to stay a bit longer.

    Thanks.

  3. Normally no tourist visa is given if one has already a lot of tourist visas or visa exempt entries, as they want to discourage people to stay in Thailand for a long time on that basis.

In your situation it should not be a problem to get a single entry tourist visa, especially not when you use an agent a double should be possible.

Have been on Non-Immigration B for years and only a few tourist ones from years ago when I frist came here and got 'Samuied'.

    Thanks.

  4. Cambodia seems to be the best now if you have visas in your passport; but you may have to use a pay service (but that speeds things up also).

Many thanks for the info but could you elaborate a little please?

What do you mean by 'visas in my passport'? I've got lots of expired ones!

Will I have to go to Phnom Penh or is there an embassy closer to the Thai border?

My position is that I've just finishing working here and my non-immigration B expires soon. I just want another 2 or 3 months here

to decide whether to stay in Thailand or not - hence the tourist visa.

    Cheers.
