Join a network marketing company like Amway or Herbalife etc, then spend every waking minute trying to recuit them, even drop by their house with you sales kit, videos, cds etc. Soon your whole neighbourhood will duck for cover whenever they see you. Probably even scare off the burglars when the word gets around.

Trust me this will not work. It will have the opposite affect. For Thai people they seem to love that crap.

What I have noticed is when the minority of people join this forum on seeking advice they will post a few times after and then never come back. Yes I am sometimes really bored here in prison and pay attention to this.

But also it’s the people who get the advice and then they can not accept it.

I was wondering if agents ever come to Bangkok to conduct interviews. I would very much like to see someone face to face without having to fly back to my country to have an interview.

I am form south Korea. and there are not to many agents come to Thailand because teachers here do not hold a Bachelors degree.

If you hold a BA degree I can get you a Return flight and a 1 year contract quite quickly as you are an experienced.

The Korean embassy will process you visa quit fast once you have obtained a positing and you hold a B-A degree.

if you have the B-A degree it take less then a few days to find you a good job teaching position in Korea

Personally eBay and web store is the way to go and you need capital investment and product investment and brains and time to see what’s a hot selling item.

Thailand- Thai boxing gear, Thailand made crafts, aphelia .ect ect.

China – Fake crap if small product investment.

And you would probably be kicked off the eBay for selling fake goods as well as all your money frozen in a paypal account. Unless you can use direct deposit.

All the work at home advertised is the biggest full of shit to bee seen on the interne and Its either product or information and advertising that can make money Via the Net.

Unless you have some skill as web or graphic designing or anything IT relevant or even being a really skilled writer you could land a wage form just working anywhere behind a computer but you better wait in line.

So yeah you need the capital to kick something off.

My advice is. Call in a few sick day. And during that time find some night packing work. Good cash I think. And if land a the job go and quite the call centre.

I personally liked night packing when I had it. No supervision can pop out for a smoke.

And it is relatively easy work with a good wage. And it helped my brain get in to the product market. And now gives me a wage in Thailand.

Yes victory monument sometimes has some good Thai bands. Rachida Soi 4 and 8 as well. And sometimes have Thai Star singers come there to perform and there really good.

RCA next to Slim has a venue every night with Live bands as well as Roate 66 1 min walk down the road. There Very packed out before midnight every day.

Let's say you buy 1 condo with 5 milion,maybe you are a bit out of touch with the latest price in bangkok area,1bed 36 to 45 sqm. in a decent position you will pay 2.7 to 3.8 or more.

Around rachada and ladprao road have new condo suits coming up. Selling for 1.5 1 bedroom to around 3mil for 2 bedroom with furniture . there very nice.

But yes it is a big headache

Lets say you buy a condo for 1,000,000 baht, what would the approx return be? Lets say in BKK.

1^st there no to many for a million unless someone is selling there old one.

New condos 1.5 .3.5. if get around 1.5 mill could get around anywhere form 5-10 K per month each when rent out.

Depends how much you want to furnish them.

All the new projects outside the Center sell there condos for this price..

Old condo's That was tricky to find good one.

It is a ok investment as you have a good real-estate to advertise for you and handle things like receiving rent payment ect ect.

But now I am looking out investing in a Whole apartment bock of units outside of the centre on my girls land or maybe a few nice house have not decided yet.
