Sabum , my toons also in Garithos alliance side. In my current guild we have many adult people and some kiddies. Reason I dislike horde is their cities hmm just too ugly. Well maybe it's stupid reason but whenever i created horde toon , i can't stand play him because how cities look terribad. On the other hand we have cities like Ironforge (my favourite) Stormwind and Darnassus all are beautiful.

I ever saw some people in thailand play in Garithos and if some guy also transfer here for sake of playing together then we can establish this guild. Come on guys.

I am playing WoW since 2006 and my biggest problem is WoW instance and raiding times in U.S and Aussy servers. So i thought if i gather enough of foreigner players in Thailand then we can basicly play same time. I think we may establish foreigner guild called " Farangs Fury " or " Order of the Farang".

This gonna be Alliance Guild (sorry for horde guys) in US PVP Server. I rather US servers because when i am online 8 p.m over there like 8-9 a.m so not much latency while playing.

If you guys interested with this idea please post and let me know if you are up too.

IBO near to my office just like 2 minutes walk. I am a Turkish guy , yes them food good but I can tell you that , it's nothing compare to eating food in Turkey. They have like 50% taste of Turkish food but still ok for foreigners who never taste real Turkish food in Turkey.

IBO is only place in Thailand you can find "ISKENDER KEBAB" aka "ALEXANDER's KEBAB" which is made by doner kebab with nice tomate sauce , lay on small cut pita breads , side yogurt on melted butter on that. Please try it you guys will love it.

There also another Turkish restuarant in pattaya called A LA TURCA. Them food like 25% taste of Turkish food. But they have Turkish RAKI , Beer and bellydancer on fridays as i remember.

P.S: someguys here says Turkey not part of Europe well what you think about Cyprus , Istanbul more near to Europe than Cyprus.

because that means the PAD has won again, twice in a row, and it has been demonstrated that this tactic can be used again and again by a minority of thugs with little to no repect for thai people, thai business or anything other than their own agenda.

Yeah they have "won" twice already (this would be the third time) however each time so far they've been cheated out of their winnings by getting right back what they were seeking to get rid of - Thaksin.

First time (coup) was ok - he was gone and so were they. But then re-emerged TRT Mk2 (PPP) and bought the election - remotely controlled by guess who? Thaksin. So PAD came into action again.

Samak then was kicked on a technicality ("cooking show") but instead of some new election or whatever, PPP kept following dear leader Thaksin's orders and installed - Thaksin's brother-in-law!

Of course PAD is pissed. But as long as the snake Thaksin grows two new heads for every one that's chopped off they will keep paralyzing the country. TRT Mk2 (PPP) is on it's way to be dissolved if PAD is successful in stalling their activities (amending the constitution to pardon themselves!) until the courts get off their behind but already TRT Mk3 is ready to be activated.

My only hope is that PAD can hold on long enough (WITHOUT VIOLENCE!!!) so that PPP can disappear AND that next election voters will NOT sell the country for 200 Baht per person again.

Otherwise..... PAD will be back.

Ok you mention about TRT bought votes and you don't believe this is a legally elected goverment. However even people choose to sell them vote still they voted and it's counts as legal vote. Whatever his motive for voting doesnt matter all votes same , you must respect outcome. It's a democracy and yes you can sell your vote too , learn to understand it's personal choices.

Also you believe in Thai history , there no goverment bought vote before? Where was PAD that times. Grow up, everbody buys poor guys in this country TRT PPP DP PAD all does. So buying votes it's not a point here , point is who cares poor people in this country. IMO TRT does , thats why poors love them.

You say corruption but all this guys will and have corruption real matter is who serve public.

In my store i rather have little corrupt but clever cashier/ good seller than completly idiot , moron , non corrupt cashier/seller.

Hmm my main is warlock but i can't say warlock overpowered. Neither hunters. I think people feel classes with pets always OP.

Give mage's kitting abilities to locks then we can be OP. I would love to trade Fear and Death Coil for frost nova , blink , ice barrier , ice block , chilling effect on hit.

Yeah i just try tht server and its 600ms for me. Maybe i will lvl a rogue there until my server gets well

Same problems here. I have a 68 Drenai warrior and 40 Human priest on Nagrand Oceanic and they're unplayable except between 2am-9am. Strangely enough I created a character on the US server Echo Isles and was sitting at about 400-600 with no problems or lag and that's during peak usage time (7pm bkk).

Now 3 AM and my latency 800-900ms.

I play on Draenor, last week has been unplayable. Unless i get up at 3am then i can play tell about 7am. Lol has been a real hassle trying to just to get the daily quest done on my hunter and lock. Have given up tell it gets fixed.

I have true adsl at office 256/128 and home 1024/512 (super highspeed). My office near silom and home near democracy monument. Both computer WoW installed and here my experience on both computer:

Office 256/128 connection most of time i getting 350-500ms latency and see yellow.

Home 1024/512 connection most of time it's 500-650ms latency, after 1am mostly yellow at 400-450ms.

So i love my office connection for play WoW but i love my home connection for download stuff.

Now both computer 2000-8000ms latency and unplayable (but i managed to farm 10 primal water last nite )

Well, last night I thought my problems were finally gone. Game was playable from ~1am all the way until 7.45am, when the whole thing went down the shitter again.

3pm now, and looks like I'm back to 8000ms, and disconnects. *sigh* Hurray for my latest 70... just can't do anything with him, until tonight I guess...

what kind of package should I get form True? I can't afford to spend a lot of money - for 1000 THB can I get something averagin 500ms (fine for grinding)

Frankly, I'd say you don't want anything to do with True, unless you're out of options. Myself, I used to have a 2.5mbps line that ran about 960b a month. This could be somewhat unreliable though. My PvP toons on The Underbog were getting 700-1500ms most of the time, I'd weep tears of joy when I actually saw 500ms. My PvE toons, on the other hand, usually get 500-650ms on Proudmoore, with occasional streaks of 380-470ms. I'm desperately trying to search for other options right now, but I don't think I have many, at least until I move again during the middle of the year.

All in all, I hope you weren't actually thinking to Arena seriously, here in Thailand. Welfare epics ftw!

I ever played Star Wars Galaxies then moved to WoW. I tried EVE but felt laggy. Still playing WoW but today I ordered Guild Wars from zest.co.th. I heard good things about it.

I just read in the other thread that there are quiet a few MMORPG players around. I also played DAoC, Anarchy Online, Horizons and WoW.

It would be nice to know who plays what and maybe form a small guild for some of the upcoming great MMORPGs. Warhammer Online for example will be awesome for sure.

A little bit about it:

- It is produced by Mythic the same Mythic that came up with Dark Ages of Camelot.

- It will have a lot of open world warfare and you can actually invade cities of enemies (other Realms on the same server)

- You can level your character however you want. That means you can play non stop PvP (Player vs Player) or just play against scripted enemies. Both will advance your character

- The quests look awesome. They have a new and unique questing system that rocks...

My latest 70 is a Prot Pally

Actually since the time change in the states I now start at 11pm which is even better, except Thursday nights Im up until 4am... its worth it being a little tired Fridays, Friday night we are usually done by 2am and kara is cleared. Im on Garithos server.

OK LAST NIGHT I kept disconnecting and had major lag BUT, I got my apartment to reset the internet and I reset my computer and when I logged back on it was mostly all cleared up and I didnt dc anymore..... so maybe try that when you have problems.

I am on Central Time Zone US server. Our guild raiding 8pm server time which is 9am for my time zone. So saturday mornings my raiding time.

It goes up and down ALL the time. For a few weeks I get booted from raids because I keep disconnecting, other weeks everything is fine... its soooo frustrating.

Exactly the problem I have with true. You just never know when it will slow to a near halt. It's also incredibly inconsistent. For example, while you might be all of a sudden lagging out with 1000+ ping, I could be sitting at home with 250-300. True says 'everything is fine, you restart modem?'.

Also, are you on an oceanic server or raiding at crazy hours in the morning?

I am playing WoW on my office and home computers. It was like 300-600ms latency (which is still playable). Since last 3 days I am getting 2000-4000ms latency and alot of disconnect from game server. Anyone here experience same problem with true?
